This role leads a diverse and high performing group of Regulatory Managers and Technical Experts responsible for the development and implementation of regulatory strategies and activities to achieve and maintain US Federal Registrations for new and existing conventional chemical and biological products. This team leader position will lead staff that will primarily support our US P&SS and Seed Treatment business units, along with the Crop Protection business.
The Team Leader provides regulatory guidance to the US and Global Regulatory and Business teams on best practices to achieve US EPA registration of BASF products. Associate Degree in a scientific discipline strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience required. Experience with the following instrumentation: titration, GC, HPLC, TOC, and wet analysis. Must be highly organized, flexible and capable of adapting to priority changes on a regular basis. Must have the highest standards of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
