The mission of a Syndigo Solutions Engineer is to drive the adoption of our PIM/MDM products and solutions by supporting our AE's and BDE's throughout their engagements with clients, prospects and partners. You will assist via technical calls and product demonstrations of our unified SaaS platform (CXH).

This individual will be key in engaging with the market to provide a deep overview of Syndigo's global solutions to drive the business forward. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate across multiple teams including Product Marketing, Client/Business Development, Product Management, Operations, Field Enablement, and Technology to successfully articulate the value of the PIM platform, and the many Syndigo solutions available to the market. This individual will work collaboratively with clients and prospects to ensure that they are best leveraging the PIM platform to address their complex business initiatives.

HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY-TO-DAY
• Increase sales of our PIM and MDM solutions by providing education, guidance, and best practices to our clients and prospects through virtual and on-site meetings
• Be the subject matter expert in the customization and delivery of Syndigo's Enterprise PIM through custom demos, workshops, and technical deep dives
• Be a partner to clients and prospects in aligning our PIM and MDM solutions to their business problems
• Assist Account Executives and Business Development Executives on answering PIM and MDM-related RFPs
• Work closely and collaboratively with clients to capture requirements and devise effective solution architecture
• Assist in delivering customized proposals and implementation plans to clients and prospects alongside members of the Commercial team
• Assist the Commercial team in quantifying prospects and identifying the market potential within segments
• Develop, in partnership with Product Marketing, Product Owners, and Field Enablement sales material to help articulate the impact, reach, and value of our solutions in the market
• Garner feedback about our solutions from Commercial team members, clients, prospects, and partners to deliver that back to the Product leaders through strategic working sessions

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-10 years of related PIM or MDM experience in the retail, distribution, and brand space
• Historic Sales, Operations, or Client Support background at a B2B company preferred

LOCATION:

The IT Asset Disposition Team (ITAD) is searching for top caliber talent to join our team. We are chartered with unlocking the growth through impactful engagements between our customers, sales, market & GBU partners. We have the responsibility of managing the business side of ITAD, operationalizing the next 12-month portfolio & roadmap, acting as a voice of the customer, optimizing profitability & growth for the Managed Solutions business.

We are looking to complement our team with an individual who will be responsible for leading our channel incentive programs as interface with our internal sellers and partners. These programs are multi-faceted with benefits for front end discounts and back-end benefits that go across multiple tools for our regions. Works independently to ensure partner program is running effectively for distributors and partners and works cross functionally to fix program issues that arise.  Collaborate on the development and execution of key components of the incentives, focusing on communications, collateral creation, and regional partner training/events worldwide. Responsibilities:
• Be the subject matter expert and evangelize Channel Trade-In Program to internal and external audiences – ensuring proper understanding and engagement of our diverse network that enables them to be more effective at growing revenues.
• Gather market intelligence and analyze competitor initiatives to create a go to market strategy resulting in compelling and competitive programs to engage our channel partners.
• Close engagement with the Global Pricing & Channel Incentives Team to ensure a competitive partner margin proposition for new channel segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing and develop new scalable program and policies from inception, through execution, and reporting of outcomes.
• Manage a calendar for Channel programs – provide transparency to internal and external stakeholders across all regions.
• Document each with policies for internal and external audiences for mixed media consumption – video, written, and presentation formats from the partner’s point of view/
• Lead out on cross-functional strategic initiatives that support our Global Trade-In Program at HP.

Education and Experience:
• First level university degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of Marketing and/ or business management.
• 5+ years in channel program management/development/strategy with complex channel ecosystems

Knowledge & Skills:
• Understanding of the services industry, offering categories and HP offerings/ strategy.
• Marketing & communications skills, framework understanding.
