Generate in excess of $1.2m of new business growth per annum. Working in close partnership with account managers (AM). Generate in excess of $2.4 m of new pipeline growth per annum. Working in close partnership with AM's and Regional Directors. Work with AM's on a minimum of 10 active and qualified opportunities at any one time. Generating a minimum of 10 new qualified leads per week and handing over to the respective AM. Following up and qualifying a minimum of 10 marketing generated leads per week. Once qualified then triaging leads with the respective account manager to convert to opportunities. Prospecting and identifying a minimum of 5 new opportunities per week within the existing Bentley user base and allocating to AM's. Completing a minimum of 10 Cold calls per week within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of leads/opportunities. Generate and attend at least 10 unique customer sales meetings per week. (Online or Offline as permitted). What You Bring to The Team:
5-10 years of Business Development and/or sales experience. 10 years of experience within the water industry. Experienced with New SAAS Product Business and Pipeline Development. Target driven, client focused and dynamic Manager with a hunter mentality. Excellent builder of high-quality rapport with colleagues and clients up to and including Executive Level. Exemplary record of securing substantially large water clients against larger sector competitors utilizing creative and innovative sales methodologies. This individual must also be capable of working with and coaching large extended sales teams in selling the value of new water digital twin technologies. Solution sales experience underpinned by an operational and hands-on approach to business development. Key Skills You Have:
Understand and practice value-based selling methodologies to deliver business outcomes to users and prospects. Drive the opportunity identification and qualification process. Be able to engage with C-level decision makers in the water industry. Develop and nurture stakeholders' relationships. Strong presentation and communication skills, sales coaching, and board-level influencer. Understand the key challenges and drivers in the water industry and able to articulate differentiating value propositions. Understand the competitive landscape.
