• Match supplier invoices with receiving documents and purchase orders from two materials yards
• Send matching (and approved) invoices and receiving to AP for payment processing
• Reconcile non-matching documents
• Work with suppliers, salespeople for quantity and pricing discrepancies
• Matching invoiced costs of goods to non-stock orders and receiving
• Process invoice corrections to costs of goods and/or pricing
• Work with salespeople on backorders and customer pricing
• Work with AP to reconcile supplier statements
• Process credit memos/supplier returns
• Maintain files and storage documents
INVENTORY:
• Generate return documents for items received or delivered in error and customer credits
• Back-up to Inventory Clerk
• Enter receiving documents into software
• Invoicing non-stocks upon receiving entry
• Transfers between locations (stock items)
ADMINISTRATIVE
• Receive calls from suppliers and customers regarding issues
• Document complaints and resolutions in support of General Manager
• Additional Duties as Assigned
Requirements:
EDUCATION:
• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Experience or training in purchasing, inventory or document management a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND DEMANDS:
• Communication skills: in-person, by phone, by email
• Ability to work with others without confrontation
• Ability to lift paperwork boxes, up to 40 pounds
• Adding Machine, Keyboard and other PC skills

The WORTH Inititiave funds a $60 million national effort to address systemic barriers to homeownership for people of color. This position will be responsible for reaching out our affordable housing rental... portfolio residents and to other organizations, such as housing authorities, BIPOC churches, military families and chambers of commerce to prepare individuals and families for educational opportunities and financial counseling services if needed. The Housing Counselor will work one-on-one with clients to coach and motivate them to achieve their goals for home ownership. This includes counseling and interviewing clients with respect to their overall financial situation as it relates to home ownership, budgeting, debt reduction, credit re-building and education. The Housing Counselor uses HUD's Housing Counseling Rules and Regulations as a guide and maintains confidentiality of client records and information. The Housing Counselor will facilitate education workshops , including scheduling, marketing and procuring speakers. This position will build relationships with lenders, realtors and other professionals to develop referral sources.
Qualifications: Strong understanding of home purchase and finance process, the ability to interact in a professional manner with potential homebuyers, community partners and homebuyer education professionals, the ability to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and customers representing diverse cultures, races, genders and backgrounds, the ability to manage multiple projects and organize complex material as well as the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
