Summary

The success of the Commercial Readiness Specialist is measured by the ability to assist in the commercialization of product by market. This position supports the BAU of current product lines currently being driven by the Product Commercialization Manager.

What You'll Do
• Review the pre-release process to ensure all activities and dependencies are ready for commercial release.
• Support and deliver Secondary Market needs per the direction of Product Commercialization Manager.
• Regional Marketing Announcement Memorandums (RMAM) releases for Class III, Class II, ATLS, and VLT.
• Maintain and update RMAMs per standard policy.
• Distributes RMAMs to business on the established cadence.
• Facilitate easy understanding of products via the RMAM by putting the information in aneasy to read and consistent format.
• Maintain assets on enablement tools such as the company website, Highspot, and SharePoint
• Assist regional and executive sales leadership when required (reports, status of product, customer calls)
• Works with Product Management & Commercial Manager to highlight risks and prioritize requirements.
• Performs & Maintains eCON QA plan through testing new markets, new cabinets, and premier content in the configurator program – rolling three-month plan
• Distributes testing results to key stakeholders for lesson learned.
• Provide semi-annual renewal training for Commercial Team
• Develops in conjunction with Commercial Manager documentation and readiness information for new market entries.
• Composes RMAMs for new Market entry and new cabinet launches in line with the rollout plan.
• Other duties as assigned in line with Business objectives.
• Support sales in ad-hoc reports and administrative tasks.

Overview

Your mission is to coordinate the delivery of mobile, free-to-play games in collaboration with cross-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams from inception to release and beyond. Our Producers work with 3rd party development partners, an internal game team, and teams across Big Fish to support the development, testing, release, and live game operations of EverMerge. Responsibility balancing the push for new features with an eye on the technical and quality necessary to achieve desired results are significant elements of a producer’s day-to-day approach; ensuring all are part of the conversation as features evolve is a vital part of this role. As a “connector” for our team members, producers support all aspects of development, from inception to delivery are communicated and aligned across the disciplines of art, engineering, design, and more with a consistent and cohesive approach.

What You'll Do
• Work with the production team to deliver a world-class live game experience in collaboration with our 3rd party development partners and our internal team providing support to team members keeping the project on track.
• Collaborate with the team, our development partners, cross-company teams, and studio leadership to coordinate release requirements, scope, schedule, issues, and research from concept through launch of new features and content to support the live game.
• Support discussions with internal and external team members in all areas of game production support to ensure product priorities are communicated, support, awareness, and clarity on all production process elements.
• Communicate and support our development partner and team members to ensure successful execution of new features and project areas you are responsible for stakeholders with guidance from Game Team leadership.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve problems and risks in the production cycle, release processes, and schedules as part of the production team.

What We're Looking For
• You have 2-3 years of production or project management on a game project, preferably in the mobile space.
• You have experience with the technical aspects impacting game development and have worked with engineers, art, and design on prior projects.

Responsibilities
• Have a clear vision for the portfolio, develop goals per game and with the team’s leadership to enact a plan to reach those goals.
• Own the operational relationship with the development partners, navigating priorities and investment plans. This will be in collaboration with our business development team.
• Create the strategy for the portfolio, in collaboration with Finance, Growth, Business Performance and the craft leads, and make sure that the business outcomes are addressed.
• Be accountable for the roadmap and live ops schedule of each game, working with a group of product managers and producers to see that the roadmap executes the desired outcomes and portfolio strategy.
• Manage and grow a team of enthusiastic product managers, helping them achieve their career objectives
