Summary

What You'll Do
• Review the pre-release process to ensure all activities and dependencies are ready for commercial release.
• Support and deliver Secondary Market needs per the direction of Product Commercialization Manager.
• Regional Marketing Announcement Memorandums (RMAM) releases for Class III, Class II, ATLS, and VLT.
• Maintain and update RMAMs per standard policy.
• Distributes RMAMs to business on the established cadence.
• Facilitate easy understanding of products via the RMAM by putting the information in aneasy to read and consistent format.
• Maintain assets on enablement tools such as the company website, Highspot, and SharePoint
• Assist regional and executive sales leadership when required (reports, status of product, customer calls)
• Works with Product Management & Commercial Manager to highlight risks and prioritize requirements.
• Performs & Maintains eCON QA plan through testing new markets, new cabinets, and premier content in the configurator program – rolling three-month plan

Your mission is to coordinate the delivery of mobile, free-to-play games in collaboration with cross-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams from inception to release and beyond. Our Producers work with 3rd party development partners, an internal game team, and teams across Big Fish to support the development, testing, release, and live game operations of EverMerge. As a Tester you will be working with a team of internal F2P QA testers, external vendor QA and engineers to release technical updates and new features into one of our games. You will create risk-based test plans and work with Tester 3s to execute them, oversee the daily testing activities, and report the testing cycle health to the Production, Engineering, and other stakeholders. The Corporate Communications Director will be responsible for enhancing Big Fish Games’ corporate brand presence and reputation, inspiring internal and external audiences alike. Reporting to the Executive VP - Head of Brand, Communications & Corporate Affairs at Pixel United with a dotted reporting line to the VP, People & Culture of Big Fish Games, this role will be fully integrated within and dedicated to the Big Fish organization with a focus on internal, external, and executive communications.

A well-rounded and seasoned communications professional, you will be excited by the opportunity to devise and implement holistic internal and external communication strategies from scratch, including ESG initiatives. Comfortable spearheading a lean but highly effective team - overseeing an external PR agency and potentially one future direct report - you will be an effective, inspiring, and adaptable people manager, able to engage and partner with a wide-range of internal and external stakeholders.

As a trusted partner to the President of Big Fish Games and advisor to C-Suite executives, you will have solid experience briefing and coaching company spokespersons and preparing messages / presentations ahead of media appearances and/or conferences, as well as global town halls and other strategic internal events.

Responsible for the company’s global internal communications program, you have a proven track record in delivering successful change management projects, increasing employee engagement, and managing multiple projects, including internal events, within budget and to deadline. What We're Looking For
• 10+ years experience managing corporate communications, social media, PR, events and internal communications gained in-house within a similar industry, ideally with a sound knowledge of the Gaming industry
• Demonstrable experience devising and executing holistic internal and external communication strategies and narratives that measurably improve corporate reputation

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the features, promotions, and offerings that drive KPIs and purchase behaviors and can work closely with the cross-functional disciplines to define strategy, establish data-driven processes, mentor the product team, and grow a subscription ecommerce service. In this role you will be responsible for the business and financial goals of the service, driving and supporting the entire feature and systems lifecycle from ideation and design to release and live operation. What You'll Do
• Define long-term Product strategy and roadmap for the Premium PC/Mac service, working with the team leads to identify opportunities for KPI growth and improvement.
• Present product’s business goals, status, and KPIs in executive-level meetings.
• Directly manage and mentor a product team of Product Managers, Producers, Product Marketing, Engineering, QA, and Developer Relations.
• Create and publish compelling offerings and promotions to optimize subscription and purchase experiences for all player segments.
• Partner with cross-discipline teams to define, design, implement, release, and live operate new ecommerce and subscription features.
• Manage, tune, and balance a complex subscription points economy across multiple countries and currencies.
• Establish KPI targets and measurable business goals for new features, offerings, and promotions and work with the data team to provide Dashboards for measuring success.
• Consistently stay in communication with stakeholders, team members and cross-functional peers, both verbally and in written format.
• Collaborate closely with cross-discipline teams across Design, Art, Engineering, QA, Production and with central teams including Product Marketing, UA, and Data Science.
• Both review and write detailed documents (Business Requirements Documents, Product Requirements Documents and/or Specs) for all types and sizes of features.
• Work with data analysts to analyze data and player behaviors to share learning and provide insights to the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd-party Developers, including identifying and signing new content partners.
• Identify and drive improvements to the content planning, development, and release process.

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of directly relevant experience with at least 3 years in a product leadership role within an ecommerce or subscription business and a demonstrated track-record of success.
• Deep understanding of subscription and ecommerce business practices, particularly on web, PC, and Mac platforms.
• Experience working at each stage of a feature development lifecycle, from concept and pitch to release and live ops.
• Highly expert in the product management discipline with proven expertise developing user stories, writing business requirements & feature specifications, wire-framing, and partnering effectively with UI/UX and engineering teams to make appropriate trade-offs while ensuring excellence in execution.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams with ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• High analytical acumen with extensive understanding of business value drivers in the subscription and ecommerce categories.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex analysis and distill complex concepts into the essence of the business impact and player motivation, and clearly articulate them as goals for the product team.
• Experience in revenue forecasting and cost modeling, and deriving KPI targets for product teams.
• Experience managing 3rd-party Developers and Partners, including partnering with Legal on contracts and terms, building relationships, and managing to milestone deliverables and quality thresholds.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically.

We are looking for a Product Manager to help drive engagement and monetization of existing games through Live Ops technology and content. You will work closely with a team of engineers and game teams to define platform technology and support game teams’ event content pipeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to define and manage a robust feature roadmap, write product specifications, and drive LiveOps technology from inception through launch. The technical project manager will be responsible for managing the production of the Marlin Platform, working closely with the Product Owner, the Technical Product Owner, and our partners Nvizzio to ensure that our customers (EverMerge, Paradise Fortune Casino game teams) are satisfied with the service.
