Job Responsibilities
• Understand the strategic objectives of the business and how the Executive’s time and focus needs to align with them
• Manage the Executive(s)’ calendar to ensure correct organization and prioritization of meetings and travel and to enable Executive(s) to be as productive and effective as possible
• Arrange, without errors, all internal and external meetings, events and engagements, and complete all necessary logistics steps
• Prepare read-ahead material for the executive(s) in advance of meetings & engagements; prepare weekly and daily briefings
• Maintain excellent relationships and communications with members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and their respective Executive Assistants
• Assist the executive(s) with managing and prioritizing the daily workload around emerging issues & key priorities, including preparing meeting materials, maintaining continuity in the executive's absence, and managing team processes
• Arrange travel and logistics for all engagements of the Executive(s), including reservations
• Complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Executive as directed
• Oversee the Executives’ correspondence as directed, including drafting correspondence
• Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the Executive(s)
• Conduct research projects and assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for the Executive(s) and their broader teams
• Support the organization of team celebrations, engagement activities for dispersed teams, and draft announcements about recent successes or changes
• Support and participate in organization-wide or team initiatives and events as needed
• Make recommendations to improve operations and office processes within established guidelines
• Collaborate with a team of other Executive Assistants, Facilities, IT, events managers, among others to drive efficient execution and shared responsibility of tasks
• Other duties as assigned, including personal assistance with family, board and service commitments
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and or Chief of Staff; 10 or more years preferred
• Experience supporting a C-suite and/or senior level executive in a fast-paced business environment required
• Ability to provide seamless support to senior–level executives and anticipate administrative needs
• Exhibits excellent judgment and ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment with excellent priority setting and time management skills
• You are a self-starter with an operational mindset. Ability to work effectively and proactively with minimal guidance
• Strong ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team; Excellent track record of working collaboratively with internal and external parties to drive collective success
• Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and keen business acumen
• Strong problem solving and project management skills with an efficient and results-orientation and a can-do attitude
• Possesses proactive and positive communication styles; Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to proofread and edit documents & correspondence with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to effectively interact with customers, internal and external senior–level executives, board members, and their assistants in a professional manner
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to effectively support Executives
• Passion for learning and a growth mindset
• Also required will be prior experience with Microsoft products i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OneNote

What we'll want you to have:

• 7+ years of experience in achieving revenue through partner development of SaaS solutions
• 3+ years of software and cloud solution-based sales to senior business decision makers
• Executive presence to influence and impact clients and partner executives
• Fluency in industry trends with an eye on market insight, technical conditions, and future direction
• Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects

Responsibilities
• Accountability for the Corporate Impact Commercial Sector P&L and go-to-market globally; Leads AOP and LRP for the sector on a global basis
• Oversight of our YourCause P&L globally, which requires interaction and enablement of non Corporate Impact (i.e. Healthcare, Nonprofit) teams; Ultimately this position is the “owner” of the YourCause P&L across all Blackbaud sectors
• Direct ownership of the Workplace Connection (WCN) P&L as a discreet business within Corporate Impact. Sets strategy and is accountable for the growth of this business.
• Direct leadership of a high performing sales, success and services team through both direct reporting relationships and matrix’d management.
• Strong collaborative partnering with all responsible Centers of Excellence (COEs) across marketing and engineering, product, finance and human resources
• Creating the business strategy that will establish market leadership which includes product vision, the go to market strategy, market offers, pricing and operationalization of such
• Partnering with Corporate Strategy to identify potential M&A opportunities and leading any post-acquisition integration
• Maintain deep domain expertise and serve as an industry spokesperson that is visible on the speaking circuit
• Ensuring excellence and compliance across all operational aspects of business to deliver efficiency as the organization scales. In particular, this role requires expert level operational skills relative to transactional processing on a global basis and renewals management of highly complex corporate customer procurement environments.
• Develops and manages Key Performance Indicators across the Commercial sector: P&L, bookings, units, customer satisfaction, budget planning, and compliance and regulatory
• Meet and exceed team annual revenue targets as well as other key performance objectives such as market share and sales units
• Take full ownership of team effectiveness on all aspects of the business including client presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and final close of new or expansion opportunities
• Provide regular and meaningful insights to the CI President / COO and other members of the Executive team on team performance, market trends, product feature requests, and competition; Is accountable monthly to present results of Commercial Sector KPI’s in MBR’s and MOR’s to ELT

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelors in a business or related field, Masters Degree preferred
• 10+ years Executive level experience leading fast-paced, hyper growth SaaS businesses
• Previous experience leading International teams
• Strong experience in the data and analytics market
• Experience bringing Software products to market, particularly in a velocity (Commercial) rhythm
• Experience, leading all aspects of Sales, Marketing, Services, Support, Customer Success, Product Management and Engineering functions

The starting base pay is $87,700.00 to $114,200.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.

As a Full Stack Principal Software Engineer (.NET, C#, Angular tech stack) you will focus on developing and enhancing web applications while working with some of the latest technologies in user interfaces, server architecture, and cloud-based computing. What you’ll be doing:
• Serve as an evangelist for our internal developer platform – onboard new teams to our tools, understand their pain points and identify scalable solutions to address them
• Own the developer experience at Blackbaud with a focus on delivering observable solutions • Design and develop software applications, project prototypes, proofs of concept
• Evaluate and improve security and performance of critical application components
• Assist in driving the development effort on-time delivery of high-quality solutions that satisfies feature requirements
• Work closely with product management, scrum master, and other team members to coordinate implementation and provide progress updates at daily standup meetings
• Perform, design and code reviews for all key application functional components
What we'll want you to have:
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or possess equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence
• 5+ years of experience shipping commercial software in a continuous delivery environment making use of C#, TypeScript
• 1+ years of experience running production software in Azure with emphasis on Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB, Bash and/or PowerShell
• 1+ years of experience with containerization and deployment of services to Kubernetes
• Demonstrated history of adopting contemporary software development technologies
• Significant experience with common web technologies required – JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Significant experience with C#, Java, or other Object-Oriented language
• Familiarity with building software applications in the cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) a plus
• Experience working with REST APIs or ideally asynchronous messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hubs
• Experience with design and implementation of object structures in relational database
