Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking two (2) Business Support Services System Integration Specialists (Level 2/3) to join our SCE GOLD support team (Lev 2 Support) & TAM Team.
The System Integration Specialist will be an integral member of the GOLD database administration team or TAM Team. GOLDesp is our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Supply Chain management system of record that provides our customers (internal and external) total lifecycle sustainment for maintenance, supply management, asset visibility/availability and financials. As part of the team you will be trouble shooting system issues, uploading part information, conducting report analysis, and working with IT on a daily basis in order to support our multiple programs across BGS.
The position analyzes and governs business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and improved business information processing systems and analytic solutions aligned to enterprise strategies. Represents the business units to define enterprise requirements and business cases for technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams integrating system and data requirements, such as system functions, output requirements, data acquisition, report development, and execution of user testing and acceptance. Supports and provides training and access for deployed systems across the enterprise.
Position Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Assists in development and implementation of integrated business information solutions through supporting business cases, managing business data, generating basic reports, project planning, system change management, metrics gathering, and low level end user support.
• Gathers business information requirements and coordinates change activities.
• Supports development and implementation of business architecture.
• Supports monitoring and performs quality control actions relating to business information.
• Develops and updates information dashboards and reports.
• Supports system readiness testing.
• Supports administration and monitoring of systems post-implementation.
• Supports project management tasks related to business information integration activities.
• Supports system changes and integration efforts.
• Provides end-user support to include immediate system/data guidance and training design and delivery.

KC-46 Support and Training is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the KC-46 Pegasus Tanker Program. Position can be located in any of the following: Tukwila, WA., Everett, WA., Arlington, VA., Berkeley, MO., Hazelwood, MO., Jacksonville, FL., Mesa, AZ., Oklahoma City, OK.
This individual will lead of team of Project Managers supporting fleet growth and will spend a large portion of their time driving program strategy, overseeing proposal development, and guiding transitions into execution. The Program Manager will work across business units as part of a One Boeing team supporting aircraft production and sustainment, partnering with multiple stakeholders such as Business Development, Contracts, Estimating, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance. Position Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Develops program architecture, organizational work structure, and top-level execution plans to meet the objectives of the organization and global KC-46 customers
• Leads across functions and business units to set proposal and acquisition strategy, build and deliver compliant proposals, and navigate transitions into execution
• Supports Contracts and Estimating in the proposal development process by establishing proposal plans, identifying stakeholders, conducting requirement reviews, coordinating and facilitating functional inputs, validating proposal bases of estimates for quality and accuracy, and organizing final proposal reviews
• Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics. Establishes, tracks, and manages team performance to the KC-46 Support and Training on-time delivery metric for proposal submittals
• Identifies key program-level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers. Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
• Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high-quality products and services on-time. Implements customer and program communication and contact plans
• Utilizes knowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various departments/disciplines (e.g. Contracts, Estimating, Engineering, Finance Supplier Management) to optimize work-flow and identify/mitigate risks to proposal schedules
• Integrates the implementation of the Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
• Performs work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
• Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation

• Demonstrated project management skills
• Knowledge of FAA / EASA certification

• Microsoft Flight Simulator/VATSIM experience (yes, the game)
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
