Brad's Deals is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will build a strong sales pipeline for our US Sales team by farming existing leads, prospecting within target accounts for new key contacts and building relationships within target accounts (inbound & outbound). This individual must be; resourceful, independent, ambitious, innovative, strategic, open-minded, creative, detailed, a team player, and go-getter who wants to grow and develop in their career.

The SDR will start our outbound lead generation function, and will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, PD, and Editorial on delivering the right merchants that drive our business and help us meet and exceed our Revenue goals.

Responsibilities
• High volume prospecting by market segments, qualify sales leads, schedule and set meetings for US Sales team
• Work with sales executives to move prospects through the sales cycle
• Build targeted lead lists from various industry sources
• Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize email marketing campaigns
• Set up a targeted number of new business meetings for the US sales team
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team to drive optimal lead generation performance
• Provide ongoing insight, expertise, and recommendations creating best practices for the sales development group

• Knowledge of Google Apps, CRM software e.g. SalesForce, and Marketing automation software eg. Hubspot

Salary
• Compensation $40,000 - $60,000 per year plus bonus

The Director of Tax manages the firm's internal compliance with federal, state, local and international tax laws. In addition, this position provides research and guidance on the structure of entities for the various investments and businesses held by the company and related entities to optimize the tax efficiency. To perform this internal tax role successfully, the individual should have 15 to 20 years experience in public accounting/corporate tax roles. The candidate must also be willing to work in a dynamic work environment with reporting requirements for all types of taxes.
• Preparation of tax returns for direct and indirect tax obligations: including but not limited to federal & state income tax, individual, property, excise, and sales/use tax.
• Tax research and analysis.
• Coordinating tax audits.
• Preparing income tax provisions for internal financial statements.
• Filing and maintaining annual business licensing requirements.
• Interfacing with finance department personnel on tax compliance associated with payroll, fixed assets, A/R, A/P, and inventory.
• Tax advisor on Family Office transaction and investment opportunities.
• EDC advisory and support services to ensure compliance (VI).
• HR Support- advisory of legal entity for employees, 401K calculation, establishment of PEOs.
• Entity and compliance review on investment opportunities.
• Additional tasks as assigned to the employee.

Skills/Experience
• BS degree in Accounting (MAcc preferred) with Big 4 public accounting experience.
• 15 - 20 years of experience in public/corporate tax roles.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Corporate, partnership and individual income tax compliance experience with working knowledge of tax prep software: (i.e.,
• Drake, LaCerte, ProSystems, etc.)
• Familiarity with tax research applications (e.g., BNA, CCH).
• Ability to write memos, reports, and business correspondence.
• Ability to provide detailed analysis of financial models, investment documents and reports and be able to analyze and interpret the tax implications of various decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Effective communication (oral and written) and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and as an effective team member.
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work with a positive attitude.

Brad's Deals is looking for a creative and driven Email Marketing Specialist to help us educate and engage our subscribers. The Email Marketing Specialist is an integral part of maintaining our growth in new and returning customer revenue.

What You'll Do:
• Produce and execute all daily email, SMS, and mobile push campaigns, including building emails from HTML templates, copywriting, asset coordination, QA testing, and scheduling.
• Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle journey including onboarding, retention, win-back, post-purchase, loyalty, and transactional emails.
• Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals.
• Execute A/B tests, record results, and advise on improvements and recommendations. Testing includes subject lines, messaging, layouts, CTAs, customer cohorts and segments, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift.
• Track and analyze campaign performance reports that include metrics like opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.
• Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from other global brands to glean insights on best practices and new innovative ideas for email marketing tactics, including audits of how we can acquire, nurture and retain these customers.
• Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.

What You'll Bring:
• 3+ years of relevant email marketing experience, including automation and list segmentation.
• Demonstrable skills with ESP's such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database with millions of email subscribers.
