What you will do:
• You will be working with a variety of 60 accounts to develop trusted relationships with decision makers to understand their strategic goals.
• You will create a plan to execute customer goals using the BrightEdge platform and work within the account to achieve this value.
• You will identify potential risk and understand customer level of adoption and work collaboratively with other teams to create a solution to ensure customer happiness.
• Prepare and execute on quarterly customer success plans.
• You will add value and platform expertise to grow customer usage of BrightEdge within each account: Introduce new features and best practices.
• Develop new materials - presentations, roll-out plans, and proposals.
• Track and report on key metrics for customer success.
What it takes to be successful:
• 1-4 years of direct Account Management experience.
• Experience managing a book of business and demonstrated success identifying renewal and expansion opportunities and retaining an existing book of accounts.
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high cadence environment and have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must have knowledge of digital marketing.
• Experience driving platform adoption and user expansion, recurring attendance via strong agendas and post session follow-up, troubleshooting platform issues and driving support resolution.
• You can work remotely if you live in the following location: Greater Kansas City MO./KS. areas.

We're currently seeking a motivated DevOps Lead Engineer to join our growing team. Our goal is to ensure high performance and availability of the BrightEdge S3 platform through operations monitoring and automation of processes.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide technical leadership in DevOps frameworks with continuous integration and delivery of the top, industry-leading SEO platform. You will be responsible for maintaining and scaling our cloud infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions for complex problems.
Core Responsibilities
• Leads, owns, and builds automated tools, DevOps frameworks, and infrastructure for environments and code management.
• Automate monitoring and health check ensure up-time, data-availability, and performance of the BrightEdge S3 platform, 24/7/365
• Automate deployment of high availability on high volume data processing platform with thousands of machines that are constantly collecting/crunching/querying data
• Collaborate with support, engineering, infosec, and vendors to address customer needs
• Troubleshoot, and create tools and framework to debug critical problems on production environment with minimal turnaround time
• Create frameworks on auto-scaling our global cloud network to cover 100+ countries
• Manage our hybrid environment of both cloud (AWS, GCP) and Data Center
• Lead a culture of innovations and experimentations to tackle new challenges
What it Takes to Be Successful
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps
• UNIX/Linux systems knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Demonstrate masterly in 1 scripting languages required (Python, Shell, Terraform, Ansible, etc)
• MySQL, No-SQL database administration experience required
• Hadoop, HBase, Hive, and networking experience preferred
• Google Cloud Platform or other cloud technology experience is a plus
