Job Description:
Collaborate with an agile software development team to deliver a novel Value Stream Management solution that helps our customers improve how value flows through their organization.
At Rally Software we work in an agile fashion to deliver software that aligns our customer's work to the greater goals of their business. With the Value Stream Management solution, we are taking this a step further by showing our customers how the value they are delivering flows through their organization and how efficiently it is doing so. Our trailblazing solution seeks to address questions our customers don’t currently have answers to. As such, we are seeking a Quality Engineer to help us make sure the metrics we are delivering are accurate, consistent, and delivered efficiently and as expected.
As a Rally Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Testing user stories and feature work as part of the team software development process;
• Defining test plans and approaches for verifying accuracy and quality of work prior to delivery to customers;
• Maintaining data sets and software environments to enable efficient testing of functional and non-functional requirements;
• Joining with a multi-functional team to create plans and define the work that progress towards team and organizational goals;
• Creating and encouraging a culture of quality and excellence on the team and within the greater organization;
• Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, support engineers, and other quality engineers to correctly identify, prioritise and resolve issues;
• Identifying the evolving boundaries between manual and automated software testing.
We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
• Experience with agile teams and testing methodologies.
To really stand out, you may also possess some of the following additional qualifications:
• Experience testing enterprise web applications;
• Experience with test automation frameworks (TestCafe, Jest, JUnit);
• The ability to read code and understand (and perhaps write) automated tests;

Job Description:
Join this team focused on developing leading-edge solutions for the current and emerging wireless RF Market targeting the RF Front End portion of the wireless Devices. Develop innovative multi-mode single-band and multi-band multi-mode Front End Modules (FEMs) for standards such as LTE, LTE-Advanced, NR 5G and WiFi to shape next-generation product family.
You will be part of a winning project team designing highly integrated modules that are matched to 50 Ohms utilizing a mixture of lumped and distributed element matching. You will be an integral part of the design team responsible for hardware bring up and optimization. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Design, Coordinate and/or conduct experiments for module performance optimization and BoM downselection
• Lead module debugging, tuning and characterization
• Design and bring up of test setup for module characterization and troubleshooting
• Collect, analyze and report DoE findings to project manager
• Participate in Advanced front end module architectures and semiconductor process
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience working with wireless RF areas
• Proficient in use of RF test equipment used in characterization of Low Noise and Power Amplifiers, High Power High Isolation Multi-Throw Switches, various Coexistence and Noise Power Filters and auxiliary circuits
• Knowledge of design of RF filter, LNA, ASW and PA
• Knowledge of MatLab and other programming languages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented, team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, and create and meet schedules
• Strong Communication Skills
Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200.00 - $152,000.00.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
