Job Description:
We are seeking a Real Estate Market Research Associate to join our Advisory team and support our mission to inform, advise, and connect the next generation of housing industry experts, leveraging the information, insights, and people that move the industry forward. The ideal candidate is an intuitive problem solver with a strong interest in consulting, real estate, land use, and research. Candidates with an interest in learning quantitative analytical methods and software programs (Excel VBA, GIS, or R) are a plus. Responsibilities:

• Support the project team in preparing reports and presentations to synthesize conclusions and recommendations;
• Participate in client meetings and presentations;

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics, urban studies, political science or related fields demonstrating qualitative and quantitative reasoning;
• Some work or internship experience in consulting, market research or real estate is preferred;
• Strong academic record;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Organized, reliable, trustworthy, team-player;

Basic Qualifications

We're looking for a passionate Product Design Manager to grow and innovate within the Zonda Data Intelligence portfolio.
