A Commissioning Agent provides the final mechanical, electrical and plumbing investigation and study during property development for property operations and management. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• * Represent BYU Hawaii Facilities Management as the end user of a newly constructed facility and energy efficiency projects in existing buildings.
• Document entire commissioning process and maintain project files (electronic and paper).
• Maintain contact with the Project Management Team during the project and the Facilities Management Team after project completion.
• Schedule the commissioning process activities and integrate them into the master project schedule as prepared and maintained by the Owner's Representative.
