About The Position

This is a limited term position that may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent.

Under the direction of the CEQA Program Environmental Program Manager (EPM) in the CalGEM CEQA Program, the Administrative Assistant I is responsible for performing administrative assignments that are routinely sensitive and specialized. Assists with creation, revision, and implementation of standard operating procedures, evaluation of needs, and effectiveness. Advises the Environmental Program Manager on programmatic administrative needs and may represent the CEQA Program at meetings. Prepares CEQA related documentation for distribution and filing. Develops and maintains effective working relationships internally and externally.

Ability to do flat drawings/sketches for design prototypes.
Apparel Graphic design experience a must.
Fluent in adobe suite a must.

Product development experience preferred (work directly with overseas factories)
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Understanding of product calendar and milestones
