THE ROLE

The Social Media Manager develops and implements organic social strategies on behalf of clients and internal teams in alignment with the content and strategies being executed by other teams within Archer. This includes the amplification of SEO and PR content, strategic collaboration with paid media, development and engagement of key communities, and the creation of an organic touchpoint that helps to build awareness, engagement, and brand loyalty. The Social Media Manager drives key social initiatives that provide students with a seamless, multifaceted student journey experience and opens dialogue with the school brand in order to increase enrollments and boost brand affinity.

The Social Media Manager is responsible for and directs all organic social media initiatives in order to:
• promote and grow brand and community expansion
• boost revenue
• meet company and client goals

This is a full-time remote role, but we do have offices in Kansas City and San Diego for those that prefer an office environment. We also have growing teams in Los Angeles and Denver.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, design, implement, and monitor social media marketing campaigns for internal corporate marketing and university partner profiles while ensuring alignment with branding and company goals
• Quarterly Social Calendars to University Partners
• Content Calendars for Internal Company initiatives and Internal Marketing initiatives
• Track social media campaign performance metrics and report progress to management and client alongside strategic changes in content strategy
• Quarterly and Monthly Social Reports to University Partners
• Reporting for Internal Marketing and Internal Company initiatives
• Conduct Market Research and Competitor Research to maximize results with an up-to-date and competitive social and brand strategy
• Quarterly and Monthly Competitor Social Reports to University Partners
• Reporting for Internal Profiles
• Manage community engagement by supervising all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company both internally and for external clients
• Social Media Monitoring for University Partners
• Social Media Monitoring for Internal Marketing and Internal Company initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally or independently to research, design, and direct new initiatives on social media to boost revenue, engagement, or foster a strong community
• Research and discover new initiatives to push forward community building and engagement across internal marketing efforts and drive brand growth and expansion
• Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Manager to direct communication strategy as a whole and communication strategy in alignment with company’s DEI Initiatives
• When applicable/needed: hire, train, and supervise talented creatives, including freelance writers and social content creators, and coordinate their activities to achieve social media campaign objectives.
• Onboard and train hires in social media management platforms
• Dictate client strategy and be the face of organic social to help sell, upsell, or manage ongoing client accounts
• Develop workflows, processes, and training material to promote the adoption of social media marketing frameworks and best practices for internal and external use
• Work closely with key stakeholders from other teams in order to achieve client objectives and ensure strategies are closely aligned

THE REQUIREMENTS
• Working knowledge of Google analytics and canva design
• General knowledge of video content strategy development, creative direction, paid social
• Thorough knowledge of content strategy, copywriting, time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, market & competitive analysis, measurement, benchmarking & reporting, narrative development, creative storytelling
• Comprehensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter is essential, experience with social media strategy and campaign creation, social media performance metrics, community management and brand development
• BA in advertising, social media, or a relevant major
• 3 + years of related experience required.
• Experience managing social media strategy, content development, and campaigns
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Experience setting strategy and goals and owning ongoing communication with stakeholders for alignment and updates
• Experience using data, reporting, and/or tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly
• Experience in crafting compelling stories to drive brand vision

THE ROLE

The Associate Director of Admissions will oversee the admissions leaders in order to effectively manage and execute the enrollment process. This position will regularly support, strategically plan and collaborate with partner campuses, and will develop, train and maintain quality staff. The Associate Director of Admissions will enhance and maintain effective communication and relationships within the OPR team.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with partner campuses to ensure enrollment processes are being executed in a manner that is best for the student and the college/university
• Make strategic and operational decisions to ensure execution of an efficient and student focused admissions process
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all online programs and all internal and external policies, procedures, and requirements of our partner schools
• Ensure assigned enrollment plans are met or exceeded through supervising and monitoring reps and individual contributions
• Responsible for training Admissions Advisors to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge to accurately present college programs
• Ensure admissions staff is exercising discretion within process and following compliance guidelines
• Establish self as a resource for the OPR team and partner schools
• Responsible for quality assurance of the team (listening to phone calls and providing feedback)
• Handle escalated student or staff concerns
• Interview, hire, and train new staff and leaders
• Oversee the daily operations of admissions team
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
• Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
• Provide work direction and problem-solving assistance to other individuals
• Supervise staff, including scheduling and assigning work, reviewing performance, and recommends salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, or terminations.

THE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience overseeing leadership roles
• 8+ years of admissions, customer service, or sales experience
• 2+ years management experience
• Thorough knowledge of the college admissions process
• A proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven department
• Commitment to customer service with a continuous focus on improvement
• Demonstration of effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to motivate others
• Ability to manage multiple database systems
