CarGurus is hiring an organized, highly motivated Senior Business Operations Associate to support the Digital Retail efforts across the organization! You will work cross-functionally to implement critical business initiatives and will have the opportunity to work alongside leadership teams in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Product. You’ll not only be helping to guide the strategy, but you’ll also be gaining operational experience in leading projects through to completion. What you'll do
• Extracts key insights from analyses and presents findings in a compelling way to inform critical business decisions
• Compile regular reporting deliverables and memos for senior leadership
• Works directly with functional leaders to help guide the strategic direction of our Digital Retail business.
Own a variety of high-visibility, strategic projects across Digital Retail
• Understand the performance of existing products and recommend opportunities for new product offering

Role overview

The Manager, Field Sales will directly manage, coach, and develop a field sales team regionalized within the continental US. The Ideal candidate will spearhead the rollout of new products and programs, ensuring that reps are adequately trained and confident for significant client adoption.

Role overview

The Financial Systems Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the functionality of the various financial systems. They will work closely with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure the highest level of data accuracy.

What you'll do
• Perform general Administrative duties for multiple SaaS Financial Systems including access management
• Design, develop and maintain custom searches, reports and objects
