CarGurus is hiring an organized, highly motivated Senior Business Operations Associate to support the Digital Retail efforts across the organization! You will work cross-functionally to implement critical business initiatives and will have the opportunity to work alongside leadership teams in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Product. The Corporate Strategy team is looking to hire an organized, highly motivated Senior Manager, Strategy to help shape the future of CarGurus. This individual will be focused on driving results through structuring & identifying corporate & project strategies, leading key cross-functional initiatives, driving ideas & implementation plans and providing thought leadership to counterparts within the organization. • Meet with stakeholders to understand new capabilities, current challenges, and pain points to develop an Enterprise Applications architecture systems roadmap.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders on prioritized initiatives creating process flow diagrams and functional and technical requirement documents
• Drive architecture and design technology solutions for solving business problems, while authoring technical specifications and detailed design documents including application, data flow, sequence diagrams, entity relationship, and integration diagrams.
• Present system designs to internal and external stakeholders for sign off.
• Take in complex business and system problems and present them back in easy-to-understand ways to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate solutions options and collaborate on the technical aspects with development teams to deliver full lifecycle enterprise application implementations.

Who You Are:
• 10 years of experience growing levels of responsibility developing solutions & applications.
• Experienced system designer who amplifies the capability of teams to effectively deliver solutions.
• 5 years of CRM implementation experience (Salesforce preferred), with full cycle implementations, including all aspects of Sales and Customer Support processes, CPQ engines for subscription management, as well as the adjacent systems within the Salesforce eco-system.
• Demonstrable experience in designing enterprise application solutions
• Well versed in the full lead to cash and support business processes including finance process such as billing, revenue recognition and general ledger management.
• Experienced requirements gatherer with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders over a variety of domains (ex: product, sales, support, finance, analytics, marketing, etc.)
• Demonstrable understanding of Master Data Management especially within a hybrid environment of Saas, home-grown, and on-prem applications and databases.
