About the Role

Casetext is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its CoCounsel team. CoCounsel, built on GPT 4, is the first true AI based legal assistant for attorneys. It automates multiple time-consuming tasks attorneys perform regularly. It is flexible and powerful enough to be used by both solo practitioners and attorney at AM Law 200 firms. It was launched on March 1st 2023 and in its first month it generated multi-million dollars in ARR. It is on track to break through 8 figures in ARR soon.

CoCounsel is organized into skills. Each skill helps attorneys perform a specific task. As a Senior Product Manager you will own 3 skills end-to-end. You will work with Designers, Application Engineers and Prompting Engineers to build and iterate on skills. You will be responsible for adoption, engagement and financial success of your skills, making this an ideal role for those who are seeking meaningful product ownership.

This role is entirely remote, but you must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
As a Senior Product Manager, You Will:
• Analyze usage of portfolio skills
• Gather user insights about portfolio skills through user interviews
• Work with design, engineering and other stakeholders to improve usage of portfolio skills
Qualifications/Skills
• JD is ideal, but legal experience through other methods works as well
• 4+ years of product management experience
• Are able to analyze data and communicate with users to gather insights with ease, efficiency & comfortability
• Have knowledge of basic UX patterns and the ability to work with a Designer is required

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Solutions Engineer on the Engineering team to be the crucial bridge between our product and our clients. Our ideal candidate is someone that has Pre-Sale (Sales Engineering) & Post-Sale (Solutions Engineering) experience. You’ll work with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to enable our clients’ success from pre-sales through onboarding and integration with a new leading edge, generative AI technology for lawyers. This product will allow attorneys to perform time-consuming, tedious, error-prone tasks at high-quality and orders of magnitudes faster. This means clients can get better work from attorneys at lower costs increasing access to justice for everyone.

We need a Sales & Solutions Engineer that is able to identify client pain points, create technical solutions, and integrate client data sources with our product. This is considered a client-facing role where you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct high-impact presentations, be a problem-solver, and be able to influence potential customers that our product offers the best solutions.

This role is entirely remote, but you must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.

As the Sales & Solutions Engineer You Will:
• Help customers set up and build custom databases, enroll in SSO & solve other tech problems they encounter when using our products
• Collaborate cross-functionally
• Understand client pain points to find the best possible technical solution
• Describe structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the technology to project stakeholders
• Engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, onboarding, technical support, and business reviews. This consists of close communication and the possibility of conducting presentations.

You:
• Have experience in client-facing roles and communicating with customers comfortably & effectively
• Have experience working with Enterprise Technology - SSO Integration Work, Document Management Systems, etc.
• Have 4+ years of combined related experience in technical, customer service, and sales roles, preferably in a startup
• Proficiency with Python is required. If you have less experience with Python, and more experience with other languages, your demonstrated ability to learn new languages (e.g. Python) is a plus
• Experience working with data storage systems such as SQL databases, cloud file storage, search indexes, or other similar systems is required
• Have experience writing and consuming APIs - this is required
• Enjoy solving problems and collaborating with others and being at the forefront of legal tech
• Are comfortable working with executive level stakeholders and experienced product leaders, and can easily navigate between technical and nontechnical depending on your audience
• Have the ability to understand complex technical requirements and educate prospective buyers
• Have strong communication skills & a knack for attention to detail
• Have the ability to operate and succeed in a fast-paced environment

About the Role

Casetext is looking for an SMB Customer Success Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our customer success team. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and training our SMB customers on our software, developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage, and working with our customer support team to ensure that the needs of our SMB customers are being met at all times. You’ll join one of the most-awarded and fastest-growing companies in the legal technology market. This job is entirely remote.

The ideal candidate has previous experience working in legal technology company in a customer-facing role.

As the SMB CSM You Will:
• Onboarding and training SMB customers on our software, including developing customized training programs to serve specific client needs
• Regularly meeting and communicating with SMB customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that each SMB customers is realizing the full value of our software
• Working cross-functionally with Customer Support, Engineering, Marketing, and other Casetext teams to ensure that SMB customer needs are being met
• Providing support to SMB customers by answering questions about product usage and troubleshooting technical issues
