About the Role
Casetext is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its CoCounsel team. CoCounsel, built on GPT 4, is the first true AI based legal assistant for attorneys. It automates multiple time-consuming tasks attorneys perform regularly. It is flexible and powerful enough to be used by both solo practitioners and attorney at AM Law 200 firms. It was launched on March 1st 2023 and in its first month it generated multi-million dollars in ARR. It is on track to break through 8 figures in ARR soon.
CoCounsel is organized into skills. Each skill helps attorneys perform a specific task. As a Senior Product Manager you will own 3 skills end-to-end. You will work with Designers, Application Engineers and Prompting Engineers to build and iterate on skills. You will be responsible for adoption, engagement and financial success of your skills, making this an ideal role for those who are seeking meaningful product ownership.
This role is entirely remote, but you must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
As a Senior Product Manager, You Will:

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Solutions Engineer on the Engineering team to be the crucial bridge between our product and our clients. Our ideal candidate is someone that has Pre-Sale (Sales Engineering) & Post-Sale (Solutions Engineering) experience. You’ll work with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to enable our clients’ success from pre-sales through onboarding and integration with a new leading edge, generative AI technology for lawyers. This product will allow attorneys to perform time-consuming, tedious, error-prone tasks at high-quality and orders of magnitudes faster. This means clients can get better work from attorneys at lower costs increasing access to justice for everyone.
We need a Sales & Solutions Engineer that is able to identify client pain points, create technical solutions, and integrate client data sources with our product. This is considered a client-facing role where you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct high-impact presentations, be a problem-solver, and be able to influence potential customers that our product offers the best solutions.

As the Sales & Solutions Engineer You Will:
• Help customers set up and build custom databases, enroll in SSO & solve other tech problems they encounter when using our products
• Collaborate cross-functionally
• Understand client pain points to find the best possible technical solution
• Describe structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the technology to project stakeholders
• Engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, onboarding, technical support, and business reviews. This consists of close communication and the possibility of conducting presentations.
You:
• Have experience in client-facing roles and communicating with customers comfortably & effectively
• Have experience working with Enterprise Technology - SSO Integration Work, Document Management Systems, etc.
• Have 4+ years of combined related experience in technical, customer service, and sales roles, preferably in a startup
• Proficiency with Python is required. If you have less experience with Python, and more experience with other languages, your demonstrated ability to learn new languages (e.g. Python) is a plus

We’re seeking a strong Growth Program Manager to help project manage cross-functional goals and priorities during a period of fast growth. To excel in this role, you should have demonstrable project management experience in high growth startups. About the Role
We’re seeking a strong Growth Program Manager to help project manage cross-functional goals and priorities during a period of fast growth. To excel in this role, you should have demonstrable project management experience in high growth startups. You should be comfortable working with leadership and with broader teams (revenue focused teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Operations) and have worked in a high growth SAAS startup. You should be detail-oriented and yet big picture motivated. You are excellent at execution and have a strong operational mindset, but also think strategically about how to make the sum of the parts add up to a greater whole.
As the Executive Program Manager You Will:
• Collaborate with executives, managers, employees and subject matter experts to identify goals and outcomes for projects
• Create program management mechanisms, such as intake, scoping sessions, strategy-to-goals, and prioritization
• Participate in strategic planning to understand goals and program requirements, and assist in translating into tactical projects to ensure accurate scope, timelines and resourcing
• Proactively monitor and manage for scope creep, risks, and timeline
• Be responsible for effective and relevant communication to executives and and operationalizing change management
• Help define, standardize and operationalize best practices and work flows across the team, developing templates, reports, and dashboards as necessary
• Serve as administrator in managing and optimizing any project management tools and documentation
You Have:
• 2+ years of project/program management experience, driving complex projects in a cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environment, preferably in a startup
• College degree preferred, but not required

Casetext is looking for a senior designer to work on a new leading edge, generative AI technology for lawyers. This product will allow attorneys to perform time-consuming, tedious, error-prone tasks at high-quality and orders of magnitudes faster. This means clients can get better work from attorneys at lower costs increasing access to justice for everyone.
As our senior designer, you will have a significant say in our product direction and be responsible for design execution. You will report directly to the VP of Product and work closely with the CEO, a noted leader in AI legal technology. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record designing products and who is curious about designing experiences for generative language models. Having an understanding of the legal space is a huge plus. This role is entirely remote, but you must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
As a Senior Product Designer You Will:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer through research and idea validation
• Test ideas and features with prototypes
• Produce design assets that the engineering team can use to build against
• Work with the engineering and product teams to ensure your designs come to life
• Iterate on previous work based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
You:
• Have work experience as a product designer with demonstrable ability to go from an idea to a released product
• Have experience with running user research
• Have experience with prototyping
• Have experience with Figma, a plus
• Have legal experience, a huge plus
• Are pragmatic - Perfect is the enemy of very good
• Are adaptable - As an early stage product things are moving fast. We need someone who is adaptable and can thrive in this environment.
• Are biased towards releasing early and often - We want to release early and often so we can learn from real-world customer feedback.
• Are a great communicator - We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with peers and upwards with management.
• Have a Bachelor's Degree. A law degree is a huge plus.
