•Together with other national Resettlement Agencies, establishes a system for virtual case management operations

•Builds out the Virtual Resettlement segment staff, likely two cells of case managers supporting arrivals from Afghanistan and two cells of case managers supporting arrivals from Latin America and one Resource Coordinator

Develops and executes plans and procedures including:

•Direct assistance and case management activities for the Virtual Resettlement segment

•Annual placement plan for Virtual Resettlement, monitoring of external and internal trends affecting the development of the placement plan
