Responsibilities
• Execution of onsite events to include communicating with vendors, organize delivery dates, set-up and breakdown of events and managing client expectations
• Manage client expectations and guide them in creating a best-in-class experience highlighting The Prisoner Wine Co.
• Drive revenue through event bookings
• Banquet Event Orders (BEO) process & event coordination
• Coordinate all final details with client and internal hospitality partners and enter Tripleseat software for BEO creation.
• Assist with coordinating The Prisoner Wine Co. promotional events
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year event experience
• Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
• Excellent communication skills required, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear responses to clients and directions to The Prisoner Wine Co. management team and employees.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evening, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2-3 years of event experience
• 2-3 years hospitality experience preferably winery, restaurant, or hotel.
• 1 year reservation management software experience preferably Tock, Tripleseat and other event management software
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
The employee frequently is required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Frequent walking, including going up and down stairs and bending are required.
Work Environment: Working conditions at an event may require the employee to be outside for extended periods of time and/or occasionally in a kitchen with slippery floors. Irregular shifts, nights, weekends, and long hours may be required, particularly when working an event.
Travel Required
Local and national travel may be required.

The salary range for this role is:
$23.16 - $32.65
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Position Summary
Responsible for organizing, managing, and coordinating all event reservation for internal, external and trade customers.
Responsibilities
• Serve as primary reservations agent for Robert Mondavi's associated locations (Arch & Tower, Oakville House, etc.) for all internal, external, and trade events.
• Manages online bookings, troubleshoots problems, sends email confirmations, tracks online payments.
• By phone or email, interact with all guests promptly and graciously while providing knowledgeable, consistent, and courteous responses to questions, complaints and/or problems. Ensures that all problems are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Refers to management as appropriate.

Position Summary
The Server is responsible for the overall guest experience, displaying a high degree of knowledge of the cuisine, wine, standards, and culture of the Arch & Tower branded experience. . Experiences may include but not limited to lunches, dinners, Special Events and meetings which may take place on days, nights, and weekends. Communicates guest specifications and requirements to the Manager/Lead to provide an unparalleled Arch & Tower experience through proper delegation and communication. The primary functions of this position are delivering an exceptional visitor experience, world-class customer service, promoting the sale of wine, wine club and merchandise, all while enhancing our brand at The Arch & Tower.

• Fulfill customer orders and use point of sale/cash register to complete sales. Properly operate cash registers and accurately follow transaction procedures so as to fulfill this integral part of guest experience.
• Assist guests with transporting purchases to their vehicle or arrange for pick-up, shipment, or delivery.
• Ensure that merchandise displays and tasting bar are kept in immaculately clean, organized condition at all times.
• Setup tasting bar with necessary supplies. Wash and buff tasting glasses and assist with another setup/cleanup as needed.
• Serve tasting food pairings as ordered by guests, following all appropriate food handling procedures as well as SOPs.
• Record tasting wines used. Ensure empty bottles are put in appropriate holding area for inventory.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, fold clothing as needed, and assist in keeping stockroom neat and organized. May assist with quarterly wine or merchandise physical inventories as needed.
• Promote and represent winery by pouring at off and on-premises special events.
• Assist in training and orientation for new and/or on-call staff.
• Maintain, update, and expand knowledge of the winery, viticulture, enology, and food by participating in educational training, seminars, and tastings within the Winery and through outside sources. Periodic knowledge tests will be facilitated to ensure first class service standards are maintained.
• Understand and comply with all federal and state laws regarding the operation of a winery retail tasting room.
• Understand and comply with all Constellation Brands compliance policies and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
• Knowledge of wines, culinary and culture (of brand mission of Robert Mondavi Winery/Arch & Tower) preferably in a 4 or 5-star environment with complete understanding of proper service standards, catering, food service and table settings.
• Knowledge wine production and the wine industry.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years reservation/property management software experience preferably Shopify, Tock, Tripleseat
• TIPS/Responsible Beverage Service certified

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
The employee frequently is required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Frequent walking, including going up and down stairs and bending are required.

Responsibilities
KPI tracking to enable insights-driven decision making & progress transparency
• Assist in developing and maintaining centralized metrics (KPI's) in scorecard format for Procurement leadership review, driving business strategy & providing visibility to overall Procurement performance
• Track Supplier Diversity program metrics, and success measures required to drive program success and improvement from current state assessment
• Work in tandem with Director of Procurement Finance on value capture updates & standardization of value tracking data across OneProcurement
Sourcing insights generation from spend, supplier, and market intelligence
• Support procurement spend reporting process to provide timely and accurate data for identification of cost optimization opportunities, working with procurement category teams on integrity of spend categorization
• Support Delivery of category insights for strategic sourcing opportunities worth pursuing through benchmarking, market and supplier research, and macroeconomic analysis
• Consolidate and summarize market insights from category intelligence sources, gather forecast information (where applicable), and cascade information to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
• Support the team in data analysis, model building, process analysis communication and supplier/contract management
Develop tools & dashboards to improve, digitize, and/or automate procurement processes supporting e-sourcing, spend reporting, contract management, supplier scorecarding
• Assist in research, analysis, and engage stakeholders as needed to advance data-driven strategies to support procurement initiatives & improvement of sustainable sourcing
• Support efforts in centralization of supplier scorecarding across OneProcurement, merging relationship & operational scorecarding processes
• Participate in the deployment of Procurement software implementations and oversee the administration of current software solutions, including e-sourcing, spend reporting, contract management, supplier scorecarding.
