Job Summary:

Proctors support the testing functions of the Tenth Street Testing
Center by administering and proctoring exams while ensuring
security of exams before and after completion.

Essential Functions:
• Perform job duties in accordance with Columbia College’s
vision, mission and values, and contributes to the development of
Student Affairs.
• Coordinate testing set-up and maintain orderly appearance of
testing lab.
• Successfully communicate testing lab protocols to examinees in
a clear and concise manner and ensure examinees understand said
protocols.

ensuring others are prohibited from entering the testing lab.
• Address and report any and all technology, behavior and
academic integrity issues with students to the Testing Center
Coordinator immediately.

passwords.
• Communicate testing requirements to test students, ensuring
academic integrity of exam administration.
• Responsible for maintaining security of testing environment,
ensuring minimal disruptions to testers.

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist will be the primary contact for
potential new students in their assigned recruitment territory.
They will be responsible for providing accurate information about
the school, majors and programs, financial aid basics and
counseling students through the admissions process through new
student registration. The recruitment team collaborates to serve
all student types, including full and part-time, in-seat and
online, traditional and adult learners, undergraduate and graduate,
and military and civilian students. The Recruitment Specialist will
be responsible for recruiting prospective students by conducting
effective direct outreach, coordinating recruiting events, visiting
high schools, junior/community colleges, military installations or
business partners, attending college fairs, and providing group and
individual information sessions and presentations where possible.
The Recruitment Specialist will be expected to build and maintain
positive relationships with students and referral partners to
increase enrollment yield. Other duties include basic counseling on
financial aid and cost, analyzing territory trends, serving as a
resource connection point, and serving on the appropriate
graduation team for the assigned territory.

The Nursing Department at Columbia College invites applications for
a full-time faculty position in Nursing at our Columbia, Missouri
location, beginning August 2023. The College offers 14-month
Associate of Science in Nursing and 3-year Bachelor of Science in
Nursing programs of study, preparing nearly 100 graduates a year to
sit for the RN licensure exam. The Department also delivers an
online RN-BSN degree. The associate's program has ACEN
accreditation and the baccalaureate programs are accredited with
CCNE. The Department boasts state-of-the-art facilities on main
campus Columbia, downtown Columbia, and Lake Ozark, MO
locations.

Teaching responsibilities may include courses in Fundamentals,
Health Assessment, Professional Nursing Practice, Pathophysiology,
Leadership and Management, Medical-Surgical, and NCLEX Review.
Coverage of other/additional Nursing theory and practice courses
may be assigned according to individual qualifications and
departmental need.

The teaching workload equivalent of 24 credit hours covers August
through May, annually, with summers off. Nursing faculty members
commonly teach a combination of 16-week BSN and 8-week ASN courses.
Nursing faculty loads are mostly composed of didactic instruction,
with some skills and simulation laboratories, and clinical
instruction coverage, as needed. Teaching, service, and
professional development are required aspects of the position.

Job Summary:

Columbia College’s Robert W. Plaster School of Business invites
applications for a full-time Tenure-track Assistant Professor
position in Marketing with start date of Fall 2023 (start date

accreditation within the next few years.

This is a full-time position in the undergraduate day program on
the campus in Columbia, MO with a twelve/twelve credit hour load
during a nine-month academic year. Teaching responsibilities
include undergraduate (and graduate courses depending on
qualifications) in Marketing or other business courses as assigned
in the day campus but also as assigned in the evening campus and/or
online/virtual. Teaching, professional development and service are
all required aspects of the position. Departmental service
responsibilities include but are not limited to curriculum
development and oversight of relevant course offerings (including
for all venues). Participation in department meetings, faculty
association, committees, or other service activities such as
academic assessment and curriculum development (as assigned),

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager for Academic Affairs provides executive
level administrative assistance to the Provost and Senior Vice
President of Academic Affairs and provides leadership for all
functions of the Provost’s Office. The Operations Manager displays

Essential Functions:
• Perform job duties in accordance with Columbia College’s
vision, mission and values, and contributes to the development of
the Academic Affairs Department.
• Provide executive assistance to the Provost and Senior Vice
President of Academic Affairs including
• Manage complex scheduling in the Provost’s office, including
scheduling meetings and commitments that align the Provost’s
schedule with the academic governance calendar. Exercise superior
judgments and independent decision making to ensure college
initiatives receive appropriate attention from the Provost.
• Demonstrate judgement to maintain credibility, trust, and
support with senior management staff.
• Manage conflict-free calendar of numerous high-level meetings
and appointments and disseminate corresponding meeting
materials.
• Conduct research and gather all necessary information for the
Provost prior to meetings and events.
• Track, anticipate, and prepare for upcoming deadlines, events,
and agenda items.
• Assist the Provost by drafting and managing correspondence and
communications (that can be confidential/sensitive) including
emails, letters, memoranda, summaries and PowerPoint
presentations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, itineraries
and agendas.
• Assist the Provost with budget and expense approvals
• Manage the operations of the Office of the Provost
• Conduct the day-to-day operations of the office by monitoring
phone lines, emails, instant messaging, walk-ins, and office supply
inventory; maintain office coverage and support for the Provost’s

• Perform internal human resource functions that support the

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings and appointments for

Columbia College seeks an energetic and proactive Full-time Senior
Clinical Instructor I at our Columbia location. This position
reports to the Program Director/Department Chair of Nursing.
Primary job responsibilities include guiding, teaching and
evaluating ASN and/or BSN students’ performance in clinical and
laboratory settings, and partnering in effective communication
efforts in the instructional setting, throughout the program,
within the institution, and across clinical placement sites.

Join a team of well-respected, student-focused, healthcare
educators in shaping the next generation of nurses! The Department
consists of 12 full-time faculty and staff and approximately 20
part time clinical instructors serving close to 150 pre-licensure
students in ASN and traditional BSN programs. ASN cohorts of up to
32 students are accepted twice a year and a BSN cohort of up to 40
students is admitted annually.

The College offers 14-month Associate of Science in Nursing and
3-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs of study, preparing
nearly 100 graduates a year to sit for the RN licensure exam. The
Department also delivers an online RN-BSN degree.

The associate’s program has ACEN accreditation and the
baccalaureate programs are accredited with CCNE.
RegisteredNursing.org recently ranked Columbia College as the third
best school for RN programs in Missouri, based on analysis of the
NCLEX-RN pass rates of 54 schools. The department boasts
