The Manager-Human Resources reports to Director- IT Human Resources. This position is responsible for supporting the Product Development and Technology organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively supporting all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support---providing strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, development and support to the functional businesses; and serving as a point of contact for all people related issues.

The Manager-Human Resources will have responsibilities covering a broad spectrum of HR activities such as employee relations, performance management, advice related to policies/processes, career development and coaching, talent management and change management.

The Manager-Human Resources understands the business beyond the HR function and influences the overall organization to ensure superior operations and business outcomes.

Exciting position responsible for growing revenue in the Enterprise Accounts sector. The ability to develop long term, consultative relationships with all levels, including 'C' level, is critical. The right candidate will possess the ability to create sales in new accounts and cultivate new opportunities within existing accounts.Quota based position with uncapped earnings potential. • Manage sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.
• Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and provide prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries.
• Must be organized and maintain accurate records on daily activities and results.
• Individual will not be responsible for post-sale account support or renewals.

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent education with typically 4+ years’ sales experience.
• Experience working in a quota bearing role.
• Proficiency with PC-based applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and sales performance/tracking programs.
• Ability to travel for sales trainings, kick-off meetings, etc. is required for this position.
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
