OPSWAT is looking for an experienced Channel Manager, East to assist in the execution of OPSWAT’s strategic channel expansion. Ultimately, the objective is to scale OPSWAT’s value-added channel and foster exponential productivity and growth. The position reports to the VP Global Channels and will have daily interfacing/alignment/collaboration with regional VP Sales and Sub-Regional Territory/Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of continually exceeding sales quotas by means of having recruited, enabled, and managed a value-added channel focused on Enterprise-type IT/OT security and SaaS sales opportunities.

This position will cover the territory comprised of Americas East.

What You Will Be Doing
• Building and scaling a channel ecosystem (and, as a result, a customer base) for new business within the assigned territory; successful channel prospecting methods should be second nature to you.
• Under direction of (and in conjunction with) your manager, execute the various steps of channel partner onboarding, enablement, and business planning (sales/demand gen).
• In close collaboration with the related Territory Sales/Account Manager, ensure that the Sales portion of Business Planning is being executed on a continuous basis by the channel partner (ie, account mapping, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting).
• Respond to inbound channel leads and appropriately manage them according to direction provided by your manager.
• Be a primary POC for channel partners in the territory for all tactical/operational aspects (ex., access to Channel Partner Portal, OPSWAT Academy, resources, etc).
• Develop thought leadership and a trusted advisory relationship with your partners, customers and prospects.
• Assist partners in developing and executing sales strategies and tactics to sell OPSWAT products, solutions, and services to exceed your sales quotas.
• Communicate value propositions to partners and customers that speak intimately to their needs and requirements.
• Maintain extensive account and opportunity detail in Salesforce CRM, including account business plans, customer touch points, sales inhibitors, etc.
• Forecast and report revenue projections accurately to management.
• Overachieve on annual quota, measured quarterly.
• Exude excellence while constantly being fanatical about delighting our customers and promoting our products.
• Be a constant expert in cyber-security and use this knowledge to plan for the future – You love to learn and grow.

What We Need From You
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 – 10 years Channel and Business Development experience with at least 3 years of security and/or enterprise software sales (extra points for experience selling cyber security solutions for larger companies).
• Professional proficiency in English and local languages as needed.
• Can demonstrate consistent quota attainment track record selling complex-solutions to enterprise customers by means of mapping, recruiting, enabling, and managing a highly-productive channel partner ecosystem.
• Technical familiarity with cyber security products and operating systems, ability to comfortably articulate technology and value proposition to solution users as well as C-level executives.
• Highly accurate pipeline management and forecasting expertise via channels.
• Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
• Self-motivated with a winning attitude, highly competitive, ramp quickly, are extremely adaptive, and pride on exceeding sales goals.

Job Description

The Secure Channels team is responsible for the authenticated experience for Chase customers across all lines of business, as well as creating the design system and other product and technical frameworks that support development across Consumer products. The team is looking for a Business Operations Manager who will be responsible for coordinating OKRs; maintaining a strategic roadmap that can be used to guide team focus and be shared with leadership and stakeholders; managing internal and external messaging of team’s vision and progress; and increasing adoption of product best practices across the team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the development of Secure Channels’ strategic vision and develop, set and measure key objectives and priorities for the team for the next 1-3-5 years

Maintain the strategic roadmap in partnership with area product owners; ensure that it ladders to broader organizational and partner team OKRs, understand how planned work will drive progress towards those OKRs; refresh as necessary

Engage in special projects and strategic initiatives including recruiting strategy, the future state of our product and data strategy.

Act as a culture setter and culture carrier by coordinating key planning, team building, communication and celebration events

Establish and govern management routines, including analytics and experimentation read-outs.

Shape and guide content for critical meetings

You will work closely with leaders across digital, technology, DCE (Digital Customer Experience), marketing and business stakeholders.

Seeking for a candidate with experience in launching digital products as well as delivering transformational channel strategies.
You will translate these needs into rich multi-channel digital experiences and will work closely with digital partners to develop a holistic end-to-end customer experience You will work across multiple Product teams to translate the needs of wealth and business clients into high priority strategic channels initiatives.

Candidates should demonstrate superior skills across product management, digital strategy, user-centered design, written and oral communication, and building collaborative partnerships.
In addition to being a seasoned digital professional, you will be a self-starter and strategic thinker that can develop and execute creative solutions.

Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with a wide array of business, technology, marketing, legal, and compliance partners to continuously build, refine, and evolve the product roadmap
• Develop overall initiative set-up, including managing key touchpoints and messages, ensuring timely discussion and decisions, and tracking parallel tracks of work to provide clear holistic progress across several senior stakeholders
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and improve consistency; determine cross impacts; distinguish user requests from the underlying user needs
• Lead design sessions with key partners to address critical business, operating model and process questions, to serve as input into business requirements
• Analyze and synthesize key themes from product analytics, user experience research, market analysis, and company plans for future to implement product planning
• Support the data managed approach to product development based on inputs such as web analytics, call center data, client feedback etc.
• Team up and work closely with peer product groups on major business initiatives requiring complex, multi-faceted solutions

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
• 3+ years of work experience in product management, business analysis, strategy or equivalent role
• Digital product launch and lifecycle management experience preferred
• Experience leading through influence, with demonstrated experiences setting agenda, and driving business results in an environment with competing priorities
• Ability to articulate at the right level of detail to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines and risks with calmness and diligence
• Team-oriented disposition and positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree required
