Must have 3 years' minimum experience as a general assignment News photographer on a regularly scheduled newscast. Will be proficient in nonlinear editing systems, Premier CC preferred. Shoot, edit and operate microvans under pressure while meeting deadlines for live newscasts. Understand bonded cellular transmission using portable packs (LiveU, Dejero) and V-set KA satellite. About This Role:
We are looking for an experienced Channel Account Manager with a demonstrable record of success to focus on key relationships that help scale Atmosphere’s distribution in targeted marketplaces and verticals. Responsibilities:

This role will work closely with our growing network of strategic partners in seeking new partner opportunities and managing existing relationships in channel partner segments.
The Channel Account Manager’s role will primarily focus on the Certified Reseller and High-Value Venue relationships. Additional responsibilities include consulting opportunities, unique partnerships, and more. The Channel Account Manager will ensure Atmosphere is positioned as a top-of-mind partner for their sales forces in order to scale our co-selling efforts. A successful candidate will be a strategic leader capable of building and executing a plan. This role will have an aggressive but attainable growth target and will report directly to the Senior Manager of Channel Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting Distribution Partnership efforts in seeking, training, and managing strategic partnerships across a wide number of industries including Hospitality, Fitness, Medical, Automotive, and more.
• Drive pipeline and revenue through partner programs, hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue & distribution targets
• Support training and onboarding of new partners to successfully drive sales volume through Distribution Partnerships and developing sales floor opportunities
• Proactively engage partners on a regular basis through pipeline reviews and while keeping Atmosphere "top of mind" to ensure we are driving value from the partnership
• Support and host monthly trainings with current partners to successfully develop and update them on changes in product and drive opportunity
• Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing to identify and engage partners to help scale Atmosphere’s distribution in targeted marketplaces and verticals
• Help manage all current and future accounts involving certified reseller’s book of business
• Help manage and maintain any needs with High Value Venue Account within the Channel Sales Department
• Build a robust pipeline based on a targeted pursuit strategy with contact mapping and a clear plan and engagement strategy for each target.
• Identify organizations that are strategically well-positioned with our target verticals to accelerate our growth and develop strong, long-term partnerships with relevant parties at these companies
• Identify challenges our partner prospects face and how our service can enhance their client offerings
• Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential
Requirements:
• Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate and problem solve with external partners.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
• Strategic and analytical thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy to develop a compelling vision and strategy for partner success
• Strong executive presence with proven ability to present in formal and informal settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment and build excellent rapport with internal teams; strong teamwork is a must
• Willingness to thrive in a startup environment, highly motivated and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit
• Willing to travel on an as-needed basis
