Will operate Panasonic and Sony cameras as well as digital microvans. Be able to manage time efficiently to edit and submit stories and/or live shots in time to make pre-assigned news slots. Work with various reporters and producers and provide input and ideas to advance the story based on creative experience.
Must have 3 years' minimum experience as a general assignment News photographer on a regularly scheduled newscast. Will be proficient in nonlinear editing systems, Premier CC preferred. Shoot, edit and operate microvans under pressure while meeting deadlines for live newscasts. Understand bonded cellular transmission using portable packs (LiveU, Dejero) and V-set KA satellite. Must be able to carry up to 55 lbs. of camera equipment over various conditions. News gathering experience a plus. Must have a valid CA driver license.

Qualities / Experience We're Seeking
