• At least one year of strong leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team is preferred
• Experience as a Director or Assistant Director at another program is required
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with families
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred
• General knowledge of Microsoft office
• Ability to manage stress well
• Ability to problem solve and find the root cause vs constantly fighting fires
• Social skills including a love for building and maintaining personal relationships
• Accreditation and state licensing knowledge preferred
• Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
