This requisition is to fill the role of Center Director.
This is a Full-Time salaried position reporting to the Owner.
General Job Description:
The Center Director is responsible for the overall management of the center and its operation. The Center Director shall plan, organize, implement, coordinate, and control services of the center, exercising independent judgment and decision-making authority. • Pass a Background check including fingerprints
• At least one year of strong leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team is preferred
• Experience as a Director or Assistant Director at another program is required
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with families
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred
• General knowledge of Microsoft office
• Ability to manage stress well
• Ability to problem solve and find the root cause vs constantly fighting fires
• Social skills including a love for building and maintaining personal relationships
• Accreditation and state licensing knowledge preferred
• Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.

The purpose of this classification is to direct activities involving supervision and instruction of students enrolled in the School Age Child Care Program.
Responsibilities
• Acts in a professional, respectful, courteous, and caring manner at all times.
