The Headquarters Claims Department is currently seeking an Express Claims Specialist I for the Express Claims Center. The position requires self-study to secure adjuster licensing within the first 30-days of start date. To assist with the training course and exam, examiners are allotted on-site study time.
The pay range for this position is $19.23-$24.03 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
• Research coverage, investigate and adjust low dollar first and third-party auto and property claims.
• Communicate directly with policyholders, claimants, agents and repair facilities.
• Enter information and documentation into CMS and issue loss payments.
• Compliance with state departments of insurance requirements.
• Excellent listening and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to resolve issues through research.
• Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills.
• Attend departmental training.
• Create accurate and timely reports.
Be equipped with:
• * Excellent service to internal and external customers.
