Cision is looking for an organized, passionate and driven Project Manager to... work with a cross-functional project team on a HRIS/IT project. You will be project managing the integration of approximately 1,200 end users onto our core HRIS system (UKG). You will employ project management best practices and facilitate team meetings within the departments and for the company, to build a world-class team. The ideal candidate will bring a desire to learn and grow in the role to be as effective as possible in delivering both project and team objectives.
PLEASE NOTE:
This will be a 6-month fixed term engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on project management for HRIS system implementation.
• Seek to provide clarity in defining, gathering and distributing requirements.
• Meeting facilitation including communicating agenda, tracking actions, and meeting follow-up.
• Identify, track, and communicate risks and potential mitigation as appropriate.
• Provide timely and accurate visibility into project performance.
• Ensure regular, efficient communication among the team and to stakeholders.
• Act as a resource and advocate for good project management practices
• Continue to advance knowledge in project management tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
• BS or BA or equivalent required
• 5+ years’ experience in project management.
• Experience working with global teams.
• 2+ years’ experience with UKG, nice to have.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across mediums, topics, and audience
• Ability to facilitate an effective meeting.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
