Responsibilities Supervises staff of RAEs Sales Assistants within assigned region. Travels to RAEs locations regularly to provide support and guidance. Manages department budget and expense reports. Reviews weekly production and quality reports of RAEs and provides necessary... guidance and support when needed. Addresses and manages escalated customer complaints. Responsibilities As part of the CIT Rail, the AVP, Business Intelligence spearheads Rail's commercial project management and marketing communication efforts. From a project management perspective, this role facilitates and manages process improvement efforts on Rail's sale process applications. This includes managing the redesign, development, adoption of the Salesforce.com application specific for Rail's business needs. SFDC support to drive commercial effectiveness in the business will be ongoing. In addition, this role will take a leading role in the redesign of other commercial processes in business.
