Responsibilities...
• Support the Sr. Director of Online Partnerships in our efforts to grow sales through the City Pass affiliate program by maintaining and improving affiliate positioning on our partner attraction websites, including:
• Monitor attraction websites for affiliate link placement and campaign tags.
• Create drop in ready assets for quick changeover on price and savings changes that occur throughout the year.
• Identify attractions experiencing performance drops and offer timely recovery assistance.
• Prepare best practice presentations to encourage attraction adoption of our recommendations.
• Maintain our database of attraction affiliate assets.
• Identify opportunities to refine affiliate reporting for attraction partners and internal evaluation.
• Manage the status and updates for all Orlando and Southern California products, including price updates, product changes, new products and promotional offerings.
• Prepare product pricing and savings messaging for internal review.
• Test new products and prices (including product activations).
• Collaborate across departments to get product changes live on citypass.com.
• Analyze product performance and find opportunities for improving product offering for Orlando and Southern California as a whole.
• Assist in managing the performance and presentation needs of the Program Management team and the company.
• Create, support and maintain existing spreadsheets that provide real time business intelligence performance metrics.
• Prepare power point presentations for internal and external business needs.
• Prepare performance summaries by market, by channel and by attraction.
• Analyze effectiveness of affiliate and onsite sales strategies and impact of changes made to strategies using metrics such as year over year growth rate, orders, units, clicks and conversion rate.
• Assist in preparing materials including charts and graphs to be presented to attractions on these strategies and their associated impact.
• Systematically identify underperforming partners in a timely manner and work with colleagues to develop strategies to improve performance.

Competencies
• Advanced MS Excel Proficiency – able to organize and format data from Business Intelligence Databases to create dynamic reporting spreadsheets. Candidate should be comfortable writing formulas in excel using common database formulas including VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, SORT and SUMIF.
• Strong Communication Skills – must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in written communication to internal teams and external partners.
• Resourcefulness – able to work on a small team with dynamic needs with an attitude of ownership and getting things done.
• Good Relationship Skills – must have the ability to collaboratively define solutions and deliver results in a partner-centric, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to Prioritize and Organize Work –must be organized, detail-oriented and effectively manage concurrent activities.
