Responsibilities
• Build strong, long-term relationships with top corporate partners by helping them grow their employee engagement on ClassPass
• Engage with key partners during a monthly check-in via phone or in-person meetings (some you’ll interact with every day!)
• Assist with resolving transactional issues and completing ad hoc projects
• Deliver outstanding service to our corporate partners
• Assist with onboarding of new business
• Leverage negotiation and persuasion skills to maintain relationships with corporate partners

Requirements
• Bachelor degree
• Must have 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or similar role
• A detail-oriented approach to executing tasks and an ability to manage multiple projects at once

• A strategic problem solver with the ability to face problems head on and be proactive in finding solutions

About The Right Team Member

About The Role

Pay transparency

It is Mindbody’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The on-target earnings (base + target commission potential) range for this position in the United States is $111K to $112K. The total compensation package for this position may also include uncapped commissions, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

About The Right Team Member
• As a Pricing & Inventory Senior Program Manager, you will be at the center of the design and maintenance of ClassPass’ product portfolio
• You will need to not only think strategically about the implications of your recommendations for all three of our constituencies (our users, our studio partners, and ClassPass itself), but also be comfortable getting your hands dirty to launch scrappy beta tests, measure results, and iterate in-market
• You should expect to interact directly with ClassPass leadership to get buy-in on your plan and test proposals and will need to coordinate cross-functionally across all parts of ClassPass to execute these initiatives

About The Role

The Pricing & Inventory team is responsible for all pricing activities within the Company, from pricing optimization of our existing packages and features, to creatively using our inventory and dynamic pricing capabilities, to testing new customer packages, to helping the company iterate and continue to become a leading, international fitness brand. 
• Analyze user behavior data and external market data to develop innovative user facing plan and packaging strategies.
• Formulate scrappy in-market beta test plans and lead cross-functional teams to execute and iterate on those tests. 
• Present plans and results directly to our CEO and Leadership Team for debate and approval of major strategic initiatives.

Skills & Experience
• Practical business sense with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their impact.
• 2+ years' experience in management consulting, PE, VC, or in an operations / strategic planning role at a tech company; experience with a rapidly scaling business is a plus.

The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $92,000 to $115,000 The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up
• Maintaining high-volume daily KPIs and metrics

• Strong phone presence and willingness to make multiple phone, email and social media contacts per day
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Occasional willingness to travel and work in-market to help expand the ClassPass geographic footprint - including taking studio classes

About The Role
• Apply MLOps concepts and your best engineering principles and skills to improve performance, maintainability and reliability of our production level ML Systems.
• Contribute to complex data flows while working with ML engineers to support building ML models at scale.
• Achieve a deep understanding of the data by performing exploratory data analysis to determine what data is available and how to develop it into model features.
• Learn what is critical for running a successful business by working with product managers to understand and clarify a business goal so we can measure it. Determine actions which would support the business goal.
• Review existing systems, understand their current technical characteristics, and modify them as necessary to support their operations as the data scientists run experiments and iterate on them.
• Exercise your abstract thinking skills as you automate testing and monitoring of the systems, because there are no easy yes/no answers with data systems.

Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of Python and Java/Kotlin.
• Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
• Good SQL and data exploration skills.
• Familiarity with AWS systems from S3 and SQS to Athena and SageMaker.
• Familiarity with production monitoring platforms like DataDog and NewRelic.
• Understand software engineering and data processing best practices.
