• Coach a team of product managers on the ongoing production and refinement of requirements documents and other deliverables
• Hire, on-board, mentor, and grow the product management and documentation teams and ensure future scale in the Product Organization
• Articulate the benefits of new features and the future direction of the platform and solutions to customers and partners
• Evangelize products and become the subject matter expert for internal audiences, external customers, and market-facing communications
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to ensure appropriate resourcing needs to meet product goals

ACCOUNT MANAGER - CORE
Our team of Account Managers will be ambitious and hard-working sales professionals who want to win and be part of a winning revenue team. Responsibilities:
• Where applicable, work in tandem with Customer Success Managers in order to align on customer status and strategise your renewal/upsell opportunities upcoming.

• Actively prospect into your customer book to open and manage upsell opportunities.

• Map out potential expansion opportunities and book meetings (not from cold – with customers) and close business from scratch. This includes running the initial demo through to signature.
• Manage customer renewals by demoing new feature roll-outs, negotiating pricing and package options and signing off renewals onto new paper. The aim is to maximise revenue from all customer accounts.
