What You Will Do
• Manage the Product Organization which includes the product management team and the technical communications team.
• Deliver an annual Big Rocks roadmap and a rolling 6 month roadmap planned quarterly for the Cognism Platform
• Manage the quarterly and annual roadmap planning processes
• Coach a team of product managers on the ongoing production and refinement of requirements documents and other deliverables
• Hire, on-board, mentor, and grow the product management and documentation teams and ensure future scale in the Product Organization
• Articulate the benefits of new features and the future direction of the platform and solutions to customers and partners
• Evangelize products and become the subject matter expert for internal audiences, external customers, and market-facing communications
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to ensure appropriate resourcing needs to meet product goals
• Drive cross organizational initiatives for Cognism around platform adoption, roadmap adoption, and feedback.
• Work with Product Operations to ensure product and documentation are leveraging available tools and processes fully.

Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in Product Management
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience with varying organizational sizes
• 5+ Years experience in dynamic SaaS delivery with PLG growth in B2B environments is a must-have
• Proven track record guiding product teams in fast-paced software development environments.
• Proven people leader focused on empowering teams and helping individuals achieve professional goals

ACCOUNT MANAGER - CORE

Our team of Account Managers will be ambitious and hard-working sales professionals who want to win and be part of a winning revenue team. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a recently expanded function and be part of the roll-out of brand-new processes that will help maximise the revenue potential of our current customers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for a significant book of business where the day-to-day duties will work towards renewing, upselling, and cross-selling into your accounts simultaneously.

What we’re looking for:

The Account Manager role is to grow a book of business across our Core customer-base by managing monthly renewals as well as building upsell pipeline with new buying groups within these accounts. As an Account Manager you will be revenue-focused, confident running commercial negotiations and be able to expertly guide customers toward the most appropriate Cognism package for their team’s needs.

Responsibilities:
• Where applicable, work in tandem with Customer Success Managers in order to align on customer status and strategise your renewal/upsell opportunities upcoming.
• Monitor customer satisfaction in order to gauge any expansion opportunities and renewal health.
• Actively prospect into your customer book to open and manage upsell opportunities.
• Expand outside of your main point of contact to get in front of other decision makers, influencers, end users and new buying centres within your customer accounts to maximise chance of expansion and retention. Manage this relationship accordingly.
• Map out potential expansion opportunities and book meetings (not from cold – with customers) and close business from scratch. This includes running the initial demo through to signature.
• Manage customer renewals by demoing new feature roll-outs, negotiating pricing and package options and signing off renewals onto new paper. The aim is to maximise revenue from all customer accounts.

As a Customer Success Specialist, your primary role will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience from the very first day our clients will start using the tool. Onboarding new customers:
• Manage the onboarding process for new customers from the contract signature to the full use of the product.

Training and support:

The Role;

Key Responsibilities;
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategyincluding projects, budgeting, and team structureto drive revenue growth and ensure our sales teams have the tools and knowledge they need to excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Operations, and People, to align sales enablement initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Create and deliver engaging training programs and workshops that equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a dynamic and competitive marketplace.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to implement MEDDPICC across global sales team.
• Audit and maintain sales enablement documentation including playbooks, training materials, and other knowledge management assets.
• Establish and maintain metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, pipeline growth, and sales cycle velocity.

The Role:

Cognism's goal is to become the world's preferred lead generation platform for the SME market and data provider for the Enterprise market. Within the SDR team, you'll find a team of dynamic and adaptable individuals who are passionate in hunting new business and introducing our product with the intention of helping companies to grow and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities:

As an SDR at Cognism, you will:
• Book outbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking and independent research.
• Engage with prospects (C-suite/Directors) and articulate the product in an effective manner.
• Conduct discovery with prospects to evaluate pain points.
• Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects.
• Establish trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Generate and manage sales pipeline; maintain impeccable admin and update all activity in salesforce.

The Role:

Our team of Account Executives are accomplished professionals who have high standards of performance, who want to win and be part of a winning team. We're looking for an experienced Commercial Account Executive, who has a track record of successfully carrying and exceeding quota responsibilities. This person must be an approachable and professional figure, who is respected across the entirety of the Sales Team and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in demonstrations with commercial business decision makers. This will be across several verticals and locations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with every department of the organisation (on a global scale) in order to drive cohesive success.
• Be proactive in your approach to learning. This involves listening to fellow AE demonstrations and seeking help from the team when needed, being proactive as opposed to reactive.
• Accurately relay forecasting and pipeline reviews to the Head of Sales whilst ensuring that your quarterly quotas are met.
• Build on and help develop the go-to-market strategy for Cognism in the France, helping to improve our value, proposition and pitch in the French market.

Requirements:
• Previous role as a quota carrying Account Executive (minimum 2 years) with proven success of over performance, in a SaaS organisation.
• A can-do and agile attitude, necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment.
• A master in active listening with the ability to adapt your tonality and approach to your prospects.
• Exceptional gravitas and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential.
