The Senior Technical Business Analyst (BA) Consultant is a senior member of our project team whose primary objective is to guide technology solutions by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Required:
• BA/ BS or equivalent experience
• Direct experience in a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant or similar role
• 3+ years in a Consulting role or customer-facing experience
• Demonstrable experience and/or skills with Marketing automation technologies
• Excellent documentation skills (functional requirements specifications, business rules)
• Experience with business process modeling and analysis
• Direct experience documenting business requirements for marketing automation
• Experience documenting requirements for data flows, data mapping and interfaces
• Experience with backlog management

Preferred:
• Previous experience helping to manage project testing and/or UAT Testing
