Description of Work Unit

Transportation Services mission is to manage the University's entire fleet of vehicles and trailers, providing the highest quality service and transportation to Colorado State University and other State customers to help fulfill their goals and objectives. Providing a wide variety of fleet management services, including vehicle maintenance and repair, bus services, daily rentals, auto liability insurance premium allocation, comprehensive and collision funding, and vehicle accident investigation and repairs.

Position Summary

To operate large passenger buses, with three axles and passenger capacity of 47 passengers or more, in a safe and professional manner. To provide a safe, reliable, and courteous means of transportation to the customers of Colorado State University and Transportation Services across town or across the country.

Minimum Qualifications
• Three years (36 months, full-time equivalent - part-time experience will be calculated) of experience driving passenger buses.
• Must possess a Commercial Driver's License
• Class B with a P2 endorsement.

Position Summary

The CNS Event Coordinator and Office Support will perform a range of basic office support activities for the College of Natural Sciences Dean's office such as greeting and directing visitors, answering questions, data entry, ordering, scheduling, and/or word processing work as assigned. This position will also assist with the planning and coordination of college events, such as commencement, dean office events, luncheons, etc.

The ideal candidate will be professional, detail oriented, work well under pressure, and have excellent communication skills. This person will be comfortable with time management, prioritization, and organization.

The Event Coordinator and Office Support will report directly to the Scholarship Manager and Executive Admin Support. This position will be required to be in person.

• High school diploma
• At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative role or event coordinator role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Thorough attention to detail skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
