Description of Work Unit

Transportation Services mission is to manage the University's entire fleet of vehicles and trailers, providing the highest quality service and transportation to Colorado State University and other State customers to help fulfill their goals and objectives. Providing a wide variety of fleet management services, including vehicle maintenance and repair, bus services, daily rentals, auto liability insurance premium allocation, comprehensive and collision funding, and vehicle accident investigation and repairs.

Position Summary

To operate large passenger buses, with three axles and passenger capacity of 47 passengers or more, in a safe and professional manner. To provide a safe, reliable, and courteous means of transportation to the customers of Colorado State University and Transportation Services across town or across the country.

Minimum Qualifications
• Three years (36 months, full-time equivalent - part-time experience will be calculated) of experience driving passenger buses.
• Must possess a Commercial Driver's License
• Class B with a P2 endorsement.

Position Summary

The CNS Event Coordinator and Office Support will perform a range of basic office support activities for the College of Natural Sciences Dean's office such as greeting and directing visitors, answering questions, data entry, ordering, scheduling, and/or word processing work as assigned. This position will also assist with the planning and coordination of college events, such as commencement, dean office events, luncheons, etc.

Position Summary

The Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator is the College of Liberal Arts' leader in all aspects of undergraduate recruitment and is instrumental in creating and advancing the college's strategic recruitment plan. Description of Work Unit

The Office of Admissions, located in the Division of Enrollment and Access, is tasked with enrolling an incoming student body consistent with the mission and vision of access, research, teaching, service and engagement at Colorado State University. In this role, you will actively recruit primarily first year students to the university by serving as a guide and advocate for prospective students, families, and communities within your territory. The College houses the following units: Construction Management, Design and Merchandising, Food Science and Human Nutrition, Health and Exercise Science, Human Development and Family Studies, Occupational Therapy, Education, and Social Work.

The CHHS development team dual reports to the Division of University Advancement and the CHHS Dean. The CHHS development team raised nearly $83M during CSU's recent State Your Purpose campaign. The team's ongoing role is to coordinate efforts to raise funds for the College and support all departmental fundraising initiatives.

Position Summary

The Assistant Director of Development will work in a dynamic team environment with the CHHS development team, Dean of the College, University Advancement partners, dean's office staff and CHHS academic units to cultivate new donor relationships, generate financial philanthropic support, and steward gifts to the College of Health and Human Sciences.

In collaboration with the EDoD and DoD, this position is responsible for creating and managing a strategy for a continuous and meaningful donor outreach (cold calling), identifying appropriate engagement opportunities within all 8 academic units (with a particular focus on 2-4 units), and collaborating with CHHS team to best engage donors and work them up the donor pyramid.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a consummate professional and will thrive in a fast-paced, metrics/results-driven fundraising environment. The candidate will have a demonstrated ability to maintain focus and employ adaptability while working collaboratively with donors, prospective donors, alumni, friends of the College, colleagues, faculty and staff and students. Eligible candidates will understand how they can make a difference in supporting the future direction of both CSU and CHHS , while also meeting targeted timelines. Position Summary

The Health Services Coordinator supports the students and staff of the CSU Health Network by providing administrative support, customer service and facilitating the flow of students through our clinics. The Health Services Coordinator maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality as the first point of contact for students entering the CSU Health Network. This position works closely with providers, support staff and other team members to provide a caring, safe and inviting environment for students to care for their body and mind.

This position is full-time, scheduled to work 40 hours per week, for 12 months per year.

This position reports to the Patient Access and Registration Manager.

This position is eligible for a signing bonus of up to $1,000

Minimum Qualifications

• Schedules appointment type based on medical symptoms described by the patient and schedules with Acute Care clinic
• Assists in getting a patient signed into the Acute Care clinic based on need
• Assigns electronic forms to those that need them
• Uses tagging/tracking system in EMR to help track students through the clinic and communicate their location to other departments
• Manages walk-in traffic to determine what clinic or resource the patient needs
• Facilitates the smooth flow of patient movement through the Acute Care, Primary Care and Women and Gender Care clinics
• Notifies call nurse in appropriate clinic of emergent situations
• Monitors the wait room to ensure patients to account for patients that need assistance with wheelchairs, ice, or other emergency resources
• Follows federal regulations and HIPAA guidelines when releasing or discussing patient information, especially as it relates to releasing medical and billing information to patients or third parties
• Provides help desk services to patients and staff to include helps with directions, answers questions, and provides general assistance
• Ensures athletes have completed the necessary requirements prior to the appointment time; walks them through the process to ensure all steps are completed
• Verifies patient information of prescriptions of third parties

• Gathers, identifies, and accurately inputs billing and health insurance information to ensure successful and timely billing of insurance claims
• Verifies the health insurance is active and the patient has the appropriate student eligibility to utilize our facility
• Determines whether or not an insurance is in or out-of-network and communicates expected coverage to student
• Determines if other insurance needs to be billed in the case of a motor vehicle accident, athletic referral, worker's compensation, work related physicals
• Utilizes insurance portals and Availity (insurance clearinghouse) to verify insurance plans if EMR is down
• Maintains a working knowledge of all insurance providers and their contracted status at the CSU Health Network
• Provides guidance for walk-in patients and checks them into the Acute Care clinic
• Ensures all paperwork is completed for each appointment type to satisfy legal and organization needs
• Assists students who are required to have physicals in providing information, filing out release forms, and scheduling appointments to meet all pre-appointment requirements

Cross-trains to provide back-up for referrals coordinator and insurance navigator, which includes:
• Schedules, problem solves, communicates, and coordinates referral appointments with outside specialists
• Coordinates with staff to track the status of all provider reports on patients referred to hospitals, outside clinics and specialty providers and follows up for reports/records not received on referred patients
• Ensures that all referral forms are sent to health records in a timely manner, after assigned actions are completed
• Responds to internal provider questions, requests, and concerns regarding the status of patient referrals, care coordination, or follow-up status
• Provides transportation consultation, coordination, and support to clinic patients referred to specified health care facilities
• Assists patients in calling their insurance to get a clear idea of what their patient responsibility will be for codes provided by medical providers; utilizes the Cost Estimate Form to document quotes given
• Provides an up-to-date list of providers in the community that are currently accepting new patients
• Completes prior authorizations for procedures, medications, and behavioral health
• Assists in transitioning graduating students to the community
• Helps patients understand general insurance concepts
• Possesses thorough understanding of Kaiser and Tricare for referrals and cost estimates
• Reviews Explanation of Benefits and answers billing and bursar questions
• Ensures prior authorizations are completed in a timely manner
• Answers, responds, and documents phone calls, requests, and questions from patients in a timely manner; calls must be accurately managed or redirected as appropriate

Position Summary

This position develops, maintains, and supports software applications and integrations for HDS , including University Housing, Residential Dining Services ( RDS ), HDS Facilities Management, Conference and Event Services ( CES ), the CSU Mountain Campus, the RamCard Office ( RCO ), and HDS Administration (which includes HDS Business Services, Workplace Inclusion and Talent Management ( WITM ), Projects and Outreach, and HDS Human Resources, and HDS Communications).
