We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Finance and Grants Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial and grants operations so that we can more effectively deliver on Campus Compact’s mission and support our member campuses.

The Finance and Grants Manager will report directly to the Director of Administration & National Service Programs and will be a key contributor to our expanding Campus Compact operations team. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Administration and National Service Programs, the Finance and Grants Manager will be responsible for supporting budgeting, day-to-day financial operations, business reporting, payroll, and grants administration. This position will have significant concentration on ensuring organizational and funder compliance so that we remain trustworthy and good stewards of our resources.

SUMMARY OF WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Prepare and monitor program and organizational budgets
• Create financial reports and statements and provide relevant analysis.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, banking, and payroll.
• Coordinate with the external accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliations and reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and actively support the annual financial audit and 990 preparation process.
• Manage the financial and administrative components of Compact’s state, federal, and foundation grant activities.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, accounting principles, and funder expectations.

COMPENSATION

$65,000-80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
