A role you will love
As an Operations Analyst IV in our Trust Investment Operations (TIO) team, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing subject matter expertise on the various operational processes across all groups in TIO. You will assess, develop, and implement group processes and systemic enhancements. You must have excellent communication skills, be an effective team-player, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Be comfortable with new technology, quickly grasp new concepts, and able to work effectively with both high-level concepts and detailed analysis.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities May Include
• Partner with subject matter experts to analyze operational processes, design process mapping, and problem-solve to identify root cause and most viable solutions
• Develop side by side analysis to quantify capabilities and identify gaps between existing and proposed processes or applications
• Test the feasibility of new ideas, develop, and document new processes, and re-engineer existing functions to capture efficiencies or reduce risk
• Develop and articulate subject matter expertise on a variety of functions responsible for critical processes
• Working independently with considerable latitude, compile, analyze, and interpret data to make strategic and tactical recommendations to business managers
What will you bring to the role?
As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a strong background in building customer relationships, and who can meet critical deadlines on moderately complex accounts. You will possess the ability collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve client and internal business support success.
Other Key Skills Required For The Role Include
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Operations Analyst experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in lieu of direct experience
• Ability to use independent judgment to identify and resolve problems and escalate as appropriate
• Strong analytical/critical thinking skills for problem resolution
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize search engine tools to locate critical information
• Strong experience understanding and translating legal documents
• Outstanding troubleshooting and resolution skills

The Billing Invoicing Admin works with precise accuracy to provide day-to-day administrative support to corporate clients. • Research and negotiate disputed charges and chargeback claims

A role you will love
As a Document Control Associate II, you will be responsible for completing transactions related to collateral processing, Lost Note Affidavit and Allonges by coordinating various activities with document custodians and third-party vendors. Cross-trained on at least 50% of Department Functions. Acts as a functional expert for these tasks and is the primary trainer accordingly. Completes escalated or rush transactions by interfacing with attorneys, vendors, custodians and other third parties. Independent work on special projects.
• Allonge and Assignment Procurement interface with third party lenders to fulfil their requirement to execute allonges, coordinate with attorneys for revisions and follow –up on open items
• Conducts thorough Investigation for Lost Note Affidavit processing
• Lost Note Affidavit processing – Investigating, coordinating with Foreclosure Attorneys, drafting, preparing for signatures, handling exceptions, ensuring timely processing, reconciling open transactions.
• Completes initial and ongoing training as determined by management. Recommends additional training or coursework in coordination with the Supervisor. Provides technical guidance to coworkers on collateral, LNA and Allonge transactions
• Collateral file processing – coordinating orders with Custodians, receiving, imaging, image verification, note verification, in-house delivery and shipping of collateral files
• Other duties or tasks as assigned by management

A role you will love
As a Document Control Associate II, you will be responsible for completing transactions related to collateral processing, Lost Note Affidavit and Allonges by coordinating various activities with document custodians and third-party vendors. Cross-trained on at least 50% of Department Functions. Acts as a functional expert for these tasks and is the primary trainer accordingly. Completes escalated or rush transactions by interfacing with attorneys, vendors, custodians and other third parties. Independent work on special projects.
• Allonge and Assignment Procurement interface with third party lenders to fulfil their requirement to execute allonges, coordinate with attorneys for revisions and follow –up on open items
• Conducts thorough Investigation for Lost Note Affidavit processing
• Lost Note Affidavit processing – Investigating, coordinating with Foreclosure Attorneys, drafting, preparing for signatures, handling exceptions, ensuring timely processing, reconciling open transactions.
• Completes initial and ongoing training as determined by management. Recommends additional training or coursework in coordination with the Supervisor. Provides technical guidance to coworkers on collateral, LNA and Allonge transactions
• Collateral file processing – coordinating orders with Custodians, receiving, imaging, image verification, note verification, in-house delivery and shipping of collateral files
• Other duties or tasks as assigned by management

• Process Funds Movement for Manual checks and ACH reject
• Create and maintain the buy in and Age Record Difference Reporting Per SEC 17-AD-11 requirements. Work on project to identify and fix accounts determined to have excess shares. Cross training in the department on existing function for vacation coverage.
• Working with the Security team on the set up of templates for the review for Wire Rejects for TA, ESPP and SOI.

As you can imagine, we need you to have great attention to detail. Supporting a core process isn’t an easy job, so being able to think independently, problem solve, and work quickly are some key skills that you’ll need for this role.
Other Key Skills Required For The Role Include
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience
• Strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Comfortable in pure transaction process role
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfortable with calculations and numbers
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Must have experience with researching and analysis.
• Previous Banking and/or Finance experience a big plus.

This individual will be responsible for running, producing, and verifying statements for Computershare clients and providing resolutions for statement related problems. The Product Specialist is an expert when it comes to account statements having to do with share plans.
This individual will be responsible for running, producing, and verifying statements for Computershare clients and providing resolutions for statement related problems. In this position, you will ensure that all automated statements for our clients go through accurately. Reports also have to be ran regularly which this position safeguards the quality and timing of this important step.

Some of your key responsibilities will include
• Coordinating and processing all aspects of Investment Services statement related products
• Running, producing, and verifying statements for Computershare clients and providing resolution for statement related problems
• Creating and/or running statistical reports on volume and mail dates to ensure we are consistently meeting service level agreements
• Monitor all incoming special requests relating to assigned products
• Researching and providing resolution for problems/inquiries within assigned products
• Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert within assigned products
• Liaise with relationship managers, client service administrators, and our clients as needed
• Coordinate implementation of statement setups with internal parties, as well as year-end 1099 tax statement documentation
• May be assigned ad hoc, larger projects or may be placed on project teams as needed.

A role you will love
The Governance Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and support of the assigned CCT Product group (including Conventional, Lease, RMS, CMBS, SBA, and/or SAS products). The GM is responsible to have a full understanding of the products, services, deal structures and contractual obligations of a related product group as well as managements' oversight of the execution of contractual obligations through core systems, applications, and MIS. The role holder will need to be engaged with critical information such as reporting and metrics that will identify transaction process and execution effectiveness/accuracy. The Governance Manager will work closely with line of business leaders and relevant internal stakeholders, having 1 on 1 discussions, attending department meetings and operational committees to understand the success of the business in controlling risk in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and CPU Policy standards and requirements. The Governance Manager will review the business' risk and control activities used to achieve success with agreed upon risk policy timeframes and meet expected risk management standards. The role holder will be engaged with the line of business during new product development, onboarding of new business and new clients, and when changes to existing standard operating routines are introduced. The Governance Manager, as necessary, will escalate matters to line of business management and Governance Control Management requiring further review. The role sits within the First Line of Defense reporting to the Governance and Control Product Manager.
Key Accountabilities include:
• Serve as the central point of contact for Computershare risk and control programs and requirements.
• Provide information and updates as requested by partner groups (Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit) online of business risk and control related activities.
• Ensure operational risks are properly identified, controls are effective, and properly documented in systems of record in accordance with the CPU Risk Management framework.
• Support CCT business efforts by validating product and operation groups are in compliance with CPU Policy standards and requirements; specific to CCT, Enterprise Risk Management Framework
• Support the CCT Procedures impacted by Department initiatives, change management and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide guidance and expertise over the Enterprise Risk Framework Programs, including Findings Management (Regulatory, Internal Audit or Self- Identified) and Events (Losses and Near Misses) Policy and Program, and assisting with assessment components such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.
• Entering incidents and findings into ACE, Computershare's system of record for tracking, assessment, evaluation and reporting of risk events.
• Expected to provide review and challenge to CCT business correction action plans and advise of improvement opportunities.
What will you bring to the role?
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in trust, risk, compliance, audit or financial services
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

The Governance Manager will work closely with line of business leaders and relevant internal stakeholders, having 1 on 1 discussions, attending department meetings and operational committees to understand the success of the business in controlling risk in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and CPU Policy standards and requirements. The Governance Manager will review the business' risk and control activities used to achieve success with agreed upon risk policy timeframes and meet expected risk management standards. The role holder will be engaged with the line of business during new product development, onboarding of new business and new clients, and when changes to existing standard operating routines are introduced. The Governance Manager, as necessary, will escalate matters to line of business management and Governance Control Management requiring further review. The role sits within the First Line of Defense reporting to the Governance and Control Product Manager.
Key Accountabilities include:
• Serve as the central point of contact for Computershare risk and control programs and requirements.
• Provide information and updates as requested by partner groups (Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit) online of business risk and control related activities.
• Ensure operational risks are properly identified, controls are effective, and properly documented in systems of record in accordance with the CPU Risk Management framework.
• Support CCT business efforts by validating product and operation groups are in compliance with CPU Policy standards and requirements; specific to CCT, Enterprise Risk Management Framework
• Support the CCT Procedures impacted by Department initiatives, change management and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide guidance and expertise over the Enterprise Risk Framework Programs, including Findings Management (Regulatory, Internal Audit or Self- Identified) and Events (Losses and Near Misses) Policy and Program, and assisting with assessment components such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.
• Entering incidents and findings into ACE, Computershare's system of record for tracking, assessment, evaluation and reporting of risk events.
• Expected to provide review and challenge to CCT business correction action plans and advise of improvement opportunities.
What will you bring to the role?
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in trust, risk, compliance, audit or financial services
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Proactively monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements
• Critical thinking & tactical decision making.
• Communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Business service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending issues/needs, and recommending solutions
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
