What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth
• Understand the dynamics of each client’s business and execute account plans to maximize Contently’s penetration throughout the organization
• Sell Contently's technology and services across existing enterprise customers
• Ensure clients recognize maximum value from the Contently solution; technology and services
• Identify new upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly status and results presentations to internal and external teams
• Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization up to C-Suite

• Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients’ individual experiences and issues to maximize their satisfaction

Who You Are:
• 3 years experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally for a Martech, Adtech or content oriented B2B solution, supporting F500+ clients
• A sales mentality for identifying revenue growth opportunities wrapped in a consultative relationship building body
• Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
• Confident communicator (written and oral) skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations

Contently is looking for an ambitious player/coach SaaS sales professional (martech experience is a plus) who wants to financially prosper in a dynamic startup. In this role, you’ll be empowered to prospect, build relationships, and close business with the Marketing and Content teams of Fortune 1000 companies. The ideal candidate drives business by helping customers understand how Contently empowers them to create custom content at scale (that Google loves and rewards), more deeply engage with their audiences, and deliver accountable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
• Manage the daily activities, quotas of SDRs and AEAs to ensure key weekly and monthly performance metrics are met and exceeded
• Top of funnel sales pipe expert, highly disciplined, structured thinker with execution excellence
• Recruit, train and optimize a team of SDRs and AEAs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements via phone, email, social outreach
• Develop SDRs and AEAs’ time management, sequencing & nurturing, cadence and prospecting tactics, active listening skills
• Demonstrate a high level of business acumen by effectively discussing the business needs of prospects to align Contently fit before presenting value
• Drive the entire sales process from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure to post-sale kickoff with our Customer Success team
• Work in a dynamic startup where you can shape the evolution of our product offerings through your market insights
• Responsible for building, maintaining, and achieving weekly and monthly pipeline of qualified sales leads, opportunities and deals

Who You Are
• A skilled, enterprise logo, Director+ level hunter
• 4-8 years of direct-to-brand, SaaS sales MUST have, Martech experience is a plus
• Proven track record of exceeding targets by running a disciplined and consultative sales process with large, complex prospect organizations
• A deep understanding of the sales process, from top of sales funnel/stage, marketing through prospecting, cold calling, generating interest
• Enjoys contributing to company culture that celebrates performance, diversity and the participation of all employees
• Advanced proficiency with sales tools: LI Sales Navigator, Interseller, Salesloft, lavender, chorus/gong, outreach, salesforce
• Loves the hunt of prospecting and is effective at scaling their pipeline
• Passionate about content marketing, MarTech solutions, and taking a personal approach to sales in order to gain clients’ trust
