The position is flexible to work in either... our Miami South Beach office or our Palm Beach Island office.
Responsibilities
• Evangelize digital marketing across the company; inspire and excite agents about the world of digital while encouraging them to participate in social media, online advertising, and lead generation tactics.
• Serve as the point person for Agent Marketing team when it comes to agent-specific questions or projects
• Present training material and help form digital curriculums for agents; schedule in-office presentations on an ongoing basis
• Provide guidance on marketing strategy and execution to top agents in one-on-one strategy sessions
• Build digital marketing presentation materials, one sheets, and other marketing materials agents may need for their client meetings, and attend client meeting with agents when needed.
• Handle various digital marketing projects and partnerships under the direction of the Marketing Director; projects may include running Corcoran’s Social AI Engine, handling our QR code program partnership, corporate partnerships, corporate CRM drip marketing workflows and execution, creating pitch materials, crafting custom social and email graphics for agents, assembling and submitting weekly/monthly content for social media and newsletters, reviewing website functionalities or updates, and more;
• Work with all teams to plan and launch new digital offerings, tools, and technologies;
• Dedicated schedule for bi-weekly day visits to our Miami offices via the Brightline train (roundtrip ticket will be supplied).
Requirements
• 3+ years in marketing/advertising and/or related field — experience in tech startups, agencies, luxury consumer brands and/or real estate; BA in marketing, communications preferred but not required.
• Hard-working, proactive, and able to make recommendations and create strategic plans with little direction;
• Naturally collaborative, social, customer focused, and accustomed to handling multiple clients simultaneously — with tact;
• Organized, with attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills — the ability to command a room;
• Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms;
• Significant knowledge of social media (organic, paid, and video strategy); basic knowledge of digital media, website creation, content marketing, lead generation, sales funnels, analytics, SEO, CRM tools, and email marketing;
• Proficient in presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote;
• Proficient in the basics of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop;
• Able to travel between the Palm Beach offices and the Miami offices when needed.
