To be a good match for this position you will have at least five years of program management experience in a technical environment, and experience with one or more Agile lifecycle process such as Scrum, Lean, SAFe, or Kanban. You will have a high level of responsibility and ownership for the development, implementation of programs that help support the strategic direction of the organization. You need to feel comfortable collaborating with technical teams as well as leadership to innovate, set the strategic vision and implement various program changes.

Position is remote in U.S. and candidate must be able to collaborate with scheduled international team meetings early in PST zone.

In this role you will…
• Responsible for setting the vision and owning implementation of multiple strategic projects. Responsibilities include identifying best practices, establishing timelines, managing risk, opportunities, scope, and deliverables for cross-team initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate scope/implementation efforts between multiple internal groups and projects to develop optimal solutions. You will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to multiple internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
• The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience overseeing multiple medium to large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background in development/operations.
• You will have experience with SDLC, process improvement and change management.
• You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also mentor project managers to ensure projects are executed and delivered to plan.
• As a program manager, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to manage multiple large, complex projects and deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected.
• High judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
• Experience developing and delivering on project milestones
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in program management in a software applications environment from a product-based company.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience

The base salary range for this position is: $105000 - $168000 USD

In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).

This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
