To be a good match for this position you will have at least five years of program management experience in a technical environment, and experience with one or more Agile lifecycle process such as Scrum, Lean, SAFe, or Kanban. You will have a high level of responsibility and ownership for the development, implementation of programs that help support the strategic direction of the organization. You need to feel comfortable collaborating with technical teams as well as leadership to innovate, set the strategic vision and implement various program changes.

• Measuring and monitor features post-release and make optimizations
• Own and prioritize a backlog of features within an initiative
• Work with and communicate with cross functional stakeholders
• Collaborate with product managers who are based all around the world
• Prepare material for presentations and field enablement processes
You’ve got what it takes if you have...
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field, business field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of SaaS Product Management experience
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design and marketing/business counterparts to deliver SaaS products
• Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to validate hypotheses
• Proven record of working with technical teams
• Delivering iterative product functionality in an agile environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
• Ability to identify customer’s major problems and unarticulated needs through various methods like feedback sessions, and surveys
