CorpNet provides Business Filing Services (Incorporate, Form an LLC, File an Annual Report, & Register for Payroll Taxes). Although you are not required to know our products and services on day one, we DO expect you to roll up your sleeves, dive in, and become a Business Filings Expert at the same level as your team members. RESPONSIBILITES

Strategic Leadership
• Manage, measure, coach, and scale a growing team of (currently) 10 Account Managers, 10 Account Executives and 7 Compliance Reps
• Deliver recommendations and ensure that business plan goals (monthly, quarterly, and annual), sales and revenue projections are achieved or exceeded
• Possess strong Excel skills in Data Modeling and Pivot tables for purposes of creating and analyzing reports that provide actionable data is a MUST
• Identify, monitor, and report on KPIs
• Drive technology adoption through active engagement, monitoring, and daily coaching
• Collaborate with the CEO, Founders, VPs and functional leaders, as well as Project Managers, on operational initiatives, results, and resolution
• Provide sales leadership unique to a diverse set business filings, corporate compliance, and payroll tax registration product offerings
• Participate in setting pricing, creating bundles and promotions, and recommend any changes to maximize revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with our Marketing team to optimize marketing/sales strategies, drive traffic, increase conversions, and acquire new accounts
• Coordinate with our Marketing team to select, create and place all advertising and marketing materials
• Master CorpNet products and services: Business Filings, Compliance, and Payroll Tax Registration in all 50 states.
• Develop and maintain current knowledge of competitor policies, programs, pricing, and products, as well as consumer demographics and economic influences
• Review the creation and maintenance of all sales collateral, marketing creative, and website

Drive Results
• Influence process efficiencies across the division sales team
• Review and report your team’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives while using data to identify trends and recommend corrective action plans as necessary
• Ensure direct reports meet or exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Provide guidance, coaching and development opportunities appropriate to each direct report’s individual needs.
• Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal CRM system and Salesforce to provide weekly updates to Sales Leadership

People Leadership, and Development
• Recruit, hire, evaluate, train, develop, and retain a productive and highly engaged sales team
• Build a bench of future sales leaders through skill development and creating growth opportunities within the sales organization
• Prepare, recommend and review compensation programs for sales team
• Support corporate sales training and implement regular sales training events within the division including mystery shoppers and role-playing opportunities
• Ensure each direct report fully understands and executes on CorpNet’s Consultative sales process and Brand Promise.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports
• Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring, evaluations, goal setting, and disciplinary action as required.
• Be a CorpNet Brand Champion and promote and reinforce corporate expectations for brand, culture, and performance

Qualifications
• 5+ years of outside sales management (front line) experience
• 5+ years of outside sales experience
• Strategic thinking, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Performance management experience
• Proven capability to lead, guide and/or handle change with executives across functions
• Lead with strength while motivating and coaching your team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in leading a consultative sale process.
• Experience selling to professionals (accountants, lawyers, doctors, C-Suite executives).
• Committed to CRM principles and experienced with Salesforce CRM
• Strong Excel skills and ability to quickly crunch data and present it through data modeling and pivot tables.
• A passion for identifying KPIs, reporting, and monitoring trends as we grow together.
• Draft and implement budgets for department you control.

Training and support

We have a formal onboarding program, where you’ll receive training on each of your tasks and prioritize them. Your Department Lead will be available for support and to answer questions as often as you need, although you will also be provided resources to research questions on your own beforehand. The department has weekly check-ins with departmental meetings and continual one-on-one training to help you improve your performance. Progress will be tracked in a number of different ways, and goals will be set based on the following:
• Hubstaff Percentages – tracks computer movement and time worked.
• Data – are documents being sent out correctly and timely? Is status being done appropriately and with precision?
