ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead trade institutional meetings, participate at seminars, key FAM and road shows as needed. Being in first line preparing the presentations to be shared with partners in the key meetings and with the top management re the local launched initiatives by the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

This individual will conduct investigations to help fully understand root causes to prevent recurrence; extract “lessons learned” from incidents (and not assigning blame) to strengthen a learning culture; develop effective and practical corrective and preventive actions; determine whether root causes or underlying issues are systemic; and assess how best to share the “lessons learned” throughout the entire fleet.

This role partners with the compliance team to ensure the investigative process is followed within both corporate and external authority guidelines:

- to ensure quality control of assigned investigations;

- to track and report on progress and status of assigned investigations;

- to ensure timely completion of the investigations;

- to serve as a designated liaison with corporate and external authorities for investigative matters;

- to train and mentor subject matter experts assigned to lead investigations in the investigation process; and

GCO HR Services Coordinator - Workforce Planning is responsible for developing and communicating schedule for GCO Team Members, under various Brands/Fleets of Carnival Corporation, while ensuring that optimum manning budgets are maintained and with minimum discrepancy. Collaborate with Operations Team and various Brand partners to understand the scheduling needs and limitations/requirements that need to be considered while developing crew schedule. Support Manager GCO HR services by providing weekly reports on future schedule projections, trends and areas of concerns in terms of manning needs. Collaborate with the Recruitment Team and maintain open communication to aid the process of sourcing and placement of new hires. GCO HR Services Coordinator Workforce Planning is also responsible for maintaining employee records in CPS/HR System, assisting with crew travel arrangements as/when needed and handling email and phone communication in a professional manner. GCO HR Services Coordinator - Workforce Planning must be diligent and proactive, ensuring that manning shortage does not occur and if it does it’s quickly resolved. Maintain low travel/visa/medical costs through effective scheduling.

Essential Functions:
• Crew Schedule: Maintain manning levels fleet wide in accordance with manning budgets. Schedule newly hired casino crew by following suggestion given by the Recruitment Manager.Schedule returning casino crew, taking into consideration their personal requests (Fleet of their choice, Partner, Vacation length, etc.)
• Special Projects/Events/Dry Docks- collaborate with the Operations & Marketing teams to understand the requirements for each project and complete crew schedule to align with those requirements.
• Book appropriate travel arrangements (flights, transportation, hotel) in support of successful employee embarkation/debarkation or ship to ship movements. Ensure that all returning staff, including new hires are in possession of the required documentation to join their assigned vessels, such as travel documentation, visas, medicals, etc.
• Provide exemplary customer service while handling employee requests and questions. Respond to All Email/Telephone Queries and Manage various department mailboxes
• Ensure that all data related to crew assignments is kept up to date and accurate. Ensure timely distribution and reporting of crew assignments and relevant files to internal and external business partners.
• Perform various administrative functions such as: filing, copying, faxing. Ensure the proper storage of crew personnel files on site and off site.
• Maintain effective communications with various Brand partners and provide necessary reporting on an as needed basis.
• Liaise with Shipboard Management, Port Agents, Manning Agents and internal business partners in order to make necessary arrangements for embarking/debarking crew.
• HR System Data entry - Maintain employee records in CPS/HR System, inclusive but not limited to their personal information, payroll and past/future ship assignment

Qualifications:
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Required Years & Area of Professional Experience: 1-3 years
• Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred Experience & Type: Working experience within cruise or general travel related industry

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

The range for this role’s hourly rate is $12.26-$25.72. Offers to the selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
