KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Understand the CSP market and competitive ecosystem, current voice/UC solution, key drivers for change, pain points, etc. Build long term relationships with key decision makers in the CSP space. Develop an understanding of current prospect technology and roadmap Align-with and sell-with... sophisticated technology and solution partners Directly prospect, develop, negotiate, and close key accounts Report on all customer activity, progress, roadblocks and decision-making criteria Work with Marketing to develop and communicate customer value propositions and demand generation activities.
