Position Summary:
• Maintains ongoing communication by phone, text, email with clinicians requiring initial and appointment and/or reappointment credentialing across all platforms
• Initiates credentialing process of clinicians within 1 day of onboarding launch
• Drafts correspondence and requests for information, following departmental SOPs, regulations and compliance requirements
• Maintains accurate organizational and provider credentialing data, in real-time, while adhering to credentialing timelines and KPIs
• Performs regular check-ins and updates with credentialing counterparts at facilities where credentialing is in-process
• Work proactively to ensure resolution of issues before provider or patient care is impacted
• Provides consistent and timely follow-up on all outstanding credentialing/licensing/re-credentialing files, escalating issues to leadership when necessary

World Wide Technology Raceway is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ticketing and

Credential Manager to join our team. As a Ticketing and Credential Manager, you will be responsible for

managing all aspects of the box office operations for the dragstrip events. You will oversee the day-to-

day management of ticketing event staff, credentials, racer registrations, and scheduling. Duties include

balancing ticket sales, event preparation and management, generating reports, assisting in the

management of all Box Offices, and interacting with multiple departments with a strong focus on the

ticketing department. The Ticketing and Credential Manager offers direct support to fans for any

ticketing and service-related issues and tasked with quickly resolving problems as they arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and responds promptly to customer needs
• Assists in the seat relocation, printing, packaging, and mailing of ticket orders
• Responds to customer requests and maintains a positive rapport with the ticket buyers and

racers/participants
• Hire, train, schedule and manage ticketing event staff
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and yearly sales goals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess high school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in ticket operations, preferably in the sports industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in ticketing software and Google Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
• Prior cash handling experience
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Position requires ability to work nights and weekends. Must be able to work long hours in

outdoor weather and in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must also be good with people

and flexible during events.
