Essential Job Functions:

Manage/Oversee the coordination of workflow, ensuring that KPI's are achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Monitor trends and initiate strategic enhancements to improve performance

Ensure the clear documentation of internal department procedures and processes that support agents in providing service that aligns with compliance and business standards and drives positive cardmember outcomes

Collaborate with leadership across operations to reduce complaints and improve customer satisfaction

Ensure accurate and thorough responses to internal and external audits and control testing

Understand and work within the guidelines of applicable laws and regulations

Position Requirements:

5 years of relevant experience; credit card operations experience preferred

Ability to analyze tasks and solve problems at the strategic and functional level

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

High level of competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiarity with BI and reporting systems such as Tableau

• Build, manage, and implement the strategic roadmap for the Rewards platform to deliver enhanced customer value and create efficiencies
• Evaluate competitive landscape and existing customer feedback to develop recommendations to modernize the Rewards platform
• Implement new and innovative rewards redemption features that differentiate our program, add value, and build loyalty
• Prioritize Rewards platform backlog to deliver Card value propositions
• Develop a strategic vision to enhance the Credit One Bank Rewards brand
• Collaborate with customer engagement team to maximize campaign impact
• Build an analytical framework for understanding Rewards performance
• Own the Rewards platform vendor relationship
• Present recommendations and key findings to executive management
• Build partnerships across the organization to share Rewards vision and roadmap

Experience & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in managing a rewards / loyalty program and supporting platform
• Excellent strategic thinker with the ability to employ hypothesis driven approach to tackle complex problems
• Experience in managing multiple complex workstreams to conclusion with high level attention to detail
• Track record of driving high impact results
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Consumer financial products / payments experience preferred
• Jira experience strongly preferred
