This part-time position will consist of up to 19 hours per week, which will include weekend hours.
Examples of Duties
Maintains athletics cricket facilities including, but not limited to the professional cricket grounds and pitches at Church Street Park. Works under the supervision of the Athletics Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
Works together with Athletics Facilities Maintenance Technician to prepare cricket grounds and pitches for matches/events held at Church Street Park.
Works before, during, and after cricket related matches as needed to ensure a high degree of safety and playability on cricket grounds and pitches.
Maintains and operates relevant cricket equipment such as asphalt rollers, reel mowers, weed eaters, push mowers, and various hand tools.
Assists with fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide applications under the field supervision of the on-site Athletics Facilities Maintenance Technician.
Assists in cricket related turf and pitch renovations while coordinating with other members of the Athletics Facilities Maintenance Division.
Assists in repairs and maintenance of irrigation systems at Church Street Park.
Maintains park facilities and amenities including picnic shelters, playgrounds, trashcans, and other facilities as required.
May be asked to work a flexible schedule. Work Scheduling may require work before, during, and after cricket related events on weekdays and weekends. Cricket related events may extend over the course of multiple days.

We are seeking a Project Manager who truly desires to be a leader, contributor, and collaborator on project strategy and design in the field of global online learning. You will be welcomed into the design and thought work behind our projects and products and required to think critically and strategically to ensure our products meet defined goals at every stage of development. Responsibilities include:
Defining product vision and strategy. Developing clear product roadmaps. Gathering, managing, and prioritizing market and customer requirements. Developing the business case and positioning for new products or improvements to existing products. Creating and Maintaining detailed assignment and tracking mechanisms by translating business expectations to a defined set of tasks for a specific team on a targeted budget within a set schedule. Running beta and pilot programs to qualify and refine products. Coordinating and documenting the day-to-day activity of Cricket Media product development, driving towards strategic goals, and clearly communicating with team members their priorities and deadlines. Monitoring product development progress and producing internal and external project reports on an ongoing basis, elevating when products are on track or when they need adjustments to resources, scope, or schedule. Working collaboratively across Cricket Media teams to motivate the team towards product development goals, facilitating collaboration and communication among project team members. Driving refinement of our project management methodology to continue to improve project delivery, adapting tools, techniques, and approaches to meet evolving needs. Acting as point of escalation for products at risk to raise awareness and help resolve issues. Qualifications & Requirements:
