Key accountabilities
• Serve as an internal consultant for IT and business partners across regions and business areas (Commercial, Medical)
• Identify platform exploitation and innovation opportunities across the enterprise

• Actively promote new platform features and drive adoption
• Run assessments / POCs for new initiatives

Essential skills & experience

This role will also be responsible for the strategy, tactics, and successful modernization journey of Cepheid's commercial enterprise applications.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Take accountability of Best Design practices and architecture for SFDC footprint holistically.
• Partner with Regional leadership to manage prototyping, blueprinting functional design, cross module integration, guide the business in utilizing the platform functionality to the best extent possible, including the review of business processes and system integration challenges.
• Work with the Application Architects and the business to successfully perform gap analysis for complex projects and to translate the business requirements and business processes into functional design specifications.
• Define platform architecture for all commercial software platforms across the enterprise application portfolio and ensure solution alignment to platform strategy of all major software solutions across commercial enterprise.
• Play a critical role in driving Governance and Standard Work across the CRM Domain partnering with commercial leadership across the globe.
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Bachelors Degree with 12+ years OR Masters Degree with 8+ of progressive experience in SFDC/CPQ implementations as a configuration/ technical solution analyst.
• Full understanding of end-to-end, cross-functional, and integrated business processes related to the SFDC and SAP SD module, including integrations with extended business systems.
• Expert level QTC configuration skills in product master data setup, pricing, Order Management, Contract Management, Billing.
• Experience with one (or multiple) S4 HANA implementations.
• Strong CRM background and expertise.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Expertise in integrating SFDC/CPQ with SAP applications and execute landscape transformation.
• Good knowledge of Inventory management, Warehouse Management and Accounting integration to QTC processes.
